When it comes to maintenance this company is a joke their so called 24 hr maintenance assistance is non existent! This is the 3rd time that an emergency maintenance request has occurred that they could not help assist with in a timely manner! Here we are 5 hours later and not one person from their so called maintenance team of vendors is available to help ! My power completely went out , out of no where and no one seems to care let alone be available to assist ! Even after confirming that there are no power outages in my area. Not even taking in to consideration I have two small children ages 4

I needed to change management companies for my rental property due to poor communication, minimal effort, and poor management. After looking around and interviewing several replacement companies I chose HomeRiver Group. They have been professional, pro-active, and are looking after my best interests with suggestions for improvements and advice on what to focus on in the future. It has been 2 months and I have had more communication and action with HomeRiver than 2 years with the last management company.

Unfortunately, this PM was terrible. I was highly hopeful for this company to help run my rentals as I am an out of state investor and they were recommended by a fellow veteran and investor. During two vacancies/makeready, they did not contact me once for approval for any of the work to be done. I also asked for a bid for a small project but never received a response for that but I was later billed outrageous amounts of money for jobs I never even approved. The communication is lacking and they are not responsive. I immediately wrote a notice of termination and refused to pay termination fees or

I would like to take the time to commend the services of Maurice and Andrew on the great service that they provided today at my residence. They went above and beyond to assist with repairing the issue and testing to make sure that it was properly working before leaving.
