Best gym 24/7 in town! Amazing quality machines. Everything is always neat and clean. It is a pleasure to exercise in this type of environment. Friendly and professional staff.

So far so so good ,its comfortable place where you can workout in a quite and clean place.

Excellent location, convenience (24 /7 hour access), very clean, high quality equipment, and nice people. It has everything you need and membership is very reasonable. If you live and/or work in the West Corridor of Vero Beach, I recommend this gym.

If you are looking for a gym...... LOOK NO MORE! I joined Velocity 1 in July and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. First..... it’s family owned and operated, which is something that I truly LOVE! When u walk in they treat you like family too! Velocity 1 has everything you need to get the results you are looking for! Their equipment is top notch! They also have trainers available by appointment if you are looking for a little kick start! They have boot camps which I LOVE!!! Since I joined here I have met so many wonderful people, it’s like a family!

Stopped in here to check out this new facility as a potential place to work out. I was impressed with the amount and brand new condition of all the equipment. It had a nice feel inside and the staff/ownership were very courteous. There is plenty of parking outside and it is pretty easy to enter and exit off the side street. The pricing structure seemed in line with what other competitors offer.

Delsey was such a sweetheart when I came in yesterday to sign up, made sure I would feel comfortable and accommodated. Showed me all the equipment and amenities. I’m looking forward to coming here all the time, great atmosphere. Her youngest daughter was also there, very sweet & welcoming!
