As of today he has won three different title belts and currently still holds two. His training style varies from client to client depending on an initial evaluation. One of his many methods of athletic training involves strenuous effort and normal effort alternating in a continuous exercise. Falon is a must trainer to try.
Functional Fitness strengthens all of your muscles in an integrated manner to keep them performing optimally for everything you do in your daily life. Functional strength training involves performing work against resistance in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance the performance of movements so that an individual's activities of daily living are easier to perform.
Our bodies are put through a lot by everyday life - sitting at computer for hours, carrying heavy bags on one shoulder, playing sports, even continually standing or sitting incorrectly - all these repetitive actions cause us to use the same group of muscles over others causing imbalances in our movements and body.

Thank you, Jimmie AnnE, for welcoming me to your awesome studio tonight. I was grateful for the outlet to burn off way too much post-Dorian craziness! Falon’s spin class was super good, challenging and total body. It was like sweating with family. I highly recommend and look forward to a return trip. All the best.
