Our property also provides a barbecue area, continental breakfast, and on site guest laundry facilities. Really good off base place to stay at. I had to go to Lackland for advanced training. There were no on base spots open so stayed here. Let me tell you I was sceptical at first but the rooms were really clean and the staff was great.

My husband & I have enjoyed our 2 night stay here! The room is very clean & cozy! We arrived a little before check-in time, but the lady at the desk told us it wasn't a problem, since I'd made reservations online prior to coming. Our room was already ready & our check-in was quick & easy. Quiet area & close to Lackland AFB, where we were going to attend our son's BMT graduation. Would definitely book here again!

I strongly recommend driving by before you book this hotel, I went off reviews from booking.com and paid $148 for the night and left after taking a shower and booked a different room. The neighborhood is bad all surrounding business have bars on doors and windows after the fifth gunshot we left. The owner refused to give refund. If you drive around back you will see people live there full time not a good place to be in the daytime could only imagine what it’s like at night

A nice alternative” ——- I was hesitant to stay here - after sightseeing san antonios finest areas a trip to pinn inn had me feeling shook! lol maybe it was the bars on all the neighborhood windows and our room not having any deadbolt on the door - that all was concerning to me with my small son. However I am not that particular so when we checked in I inspected the rooms cleanliness, found a beer bottlecap behind the bed but that was all i could find. TV took some adjusting and worked and the shower after about 5 minutes of running ran hot. I would return and stay here again if we come

This is a great hotel for big and clean rooms including a full kitchen for the families. The owner also is friendly and the check-in & check-out was easy. I did not give 5 stars since when I asked couple of questions in the room while checking-in, the owner attitude was like 'if you want can cancel and it will immediately get booked by someone etc... it was 10 PM'. I believe we should respect the guest and talk nicely. Other than that it was a great stay and I definitely would stay again during my visit to San Antonio...
