Don't expect for things to be fixed! The community has no lights so if you have a dog you can't walk them after 5:30, or come home from work without a flash light to get in your house. I'm convinced my apartment wasn't turned over before we moved in. The bath tubs were painted and not glazed so the paint peels from the moisture, can't even take a bath. None of my sinks worked properly nor my showers. When maintenance came to fix the showers, a piece was supposed to be ordered for my sink, they never came back with the part so my sink still doesn't work 8 months later. My refrigerator stopped working

If you’re looking for a sign to not move here, here’s your sign. My place burned down back in August and I still haven’t received my deposit back. We were without air for 3 months in 90°+ weather with a baby under 1. Took them coming out 3 times to get it fixed. Not to mention it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to come out and fix it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! I REPEAT IVE BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH AND MY CARPET WASNT CLEANED I HAVE A SINK AND ANT PROBLEM BOTH MY CLOSET DOORS ARE BROKE & MY HOT WATER STOPPED WORKING AND I CANT EVEN WASH ! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN I WENT UP THERE MS LINDA TRIED TO CALL A OFFICER AND HAVE ME REMOVED WHICH I DIDNT LEAVE BECAUSE I NEED MT PROBLEMS FIXED !! THEY WILL MOVE YOU IN QUICK BUT YOU WILL NOT BE TOOKEN CARE OF AT ALL IM 18 AND FOR MY FIRST APARTMENT THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT NIGHT ITS SO UNSAFE NO PORCH OR BUILDING LIGHTS SO I CAN SEE TO GET INSIDE MY HOME

SHE HAD TO FILE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ON THEM. I'M A WITNESS TO THE ROACHES SITTING WAITING FOR YOU TO OPEN THE DOOR UP SMDH WHO WANTS TO LIVE LIKE THAT. THEY DIDN'T OFFER NO HOTEL OR ANOTHER UNIT UNTIL THE WATER SITUATION WAS FIXED THESE PEOPLE OR SORRY AND I ADVISED IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DON'T MOVE HERE ITS A HEALTH HADZARD WE FOLLOW UP WITH THE MAGISTRATE OFFICE

This place was quick to get people in but slow as molasses to take care of their residents. If you move here and find an issue with your apartment, always try n get the number of who you need to call to get your issue fixed. It took them 5 months to make a phone call to send someone to fix a peeling tub that started peeling in the first month of using it. At least 5 work orders needed to be put in but this one takes the cake for not caring.
Update: A fire caused by an electrical issue went through our apartment unit and the Grove's solution was to kick us out the complex. Do with that information

Slack slack slack. Needs to do better with plumbing, cars getting damaged with no cameras and needs a 24/7 maintenance service for issues that occur during the weekends. I don’t know who owns this place but they’re doing a horrible job. Honestly they should sell it to someone who cares and can do better. The current owner of this place does not care and I DO NOT recommend anyone moving here.

I lived here about maybe 15yrs ago when it was called Crossroads. My main issue back then were the huge palmetto bugs. From the looks of other reviews that seems to still be an issue. I honestly didn’t have any issues with other insects like regular roaches. My utility bill did get out of control which I felt had to do with issues with the hot water heater that wasn’t being fixed. Back then my apartment was carpet so when it burst that created a terrible mess. Though I never dealt personally with any safety issues I heard of how unsafe the area could be and also about criminal activity going

Tiffany is EXCELLENT! But I’ve never had to leave a bad review and I hate that I have to but someone needs to know ! I’m currently staying here and I’ve only been here for 3 months !!!! The maintenance men are in and out of my apartment when Im not home. The mail boxes have been broken into multiple times so you have to go downtown to pick your mail up. My car has been broken into and they don’t have cameras so there’s NOTHING they can do. I also have been charged with multiple things on my account and they tried making me pay it. I also bought a parking decal not knowing the area and

The thing to rave about at these apartments is Ms. Linda. I, unfortunately moved into my unit with my ex who did me wrong. I was in the hospital having surgery and he trashed the apartment and stopped paying bills. When I spoke with Linda, she was incredibly kind and understanding. She did everything in her power to help me sort the situation. She was kind, understanding, compassionate, and wonderful. Even after everything was said and done, she told me I could use her as a reference even after seeing the rent had not been paid for months and the apartment was trashed. I could not have asked for
