Very nice, spacious 2 bedroom place that come with a balcony, internet, cable, washer dryer, and fireplace. There are also kid and dog parks near the pool and workout room. Maintenance is very timely when I have minor issues (light bulbs going out, ect.). The office staff is very friendly and responsive. They have little holiday gatherings for the residents in the office. Everything looked great when I moved in. It's near many stores, restaurants, and the highways. There are also many churches near by to visit. I'm very happy with this complex.

I love Branchester Lakes. It’s a hidden gem. Affordable for my family without sacrificing quality. The staff has always been very helpful whenever needed. I will be staying here for the foreseeable future. We have washer/dryer, spacious 2 bedroom, internet and cable included… and in a safe family friendly community. Great place to call home!

My sister (L) lived in this apartment. The apartment is falling apart. They also refused to pay her the security deposit. In fact, they deducted more than 400 dollars to fix the carpet in the apartment that she did not ruin.

I changed apartments from one bedroom to a 2 bedroom within this apartment complex. On moving into the two bedroom, there was a big patch(es) on the carpet at the staircase. A friend of mine told me it will be ridiculous to have them fix it because it was at the staircase. I wasn’t really bothered about it too.
Imagine my surprise when the apartment billed me for the repair, after I moved out! The apartment did not fix a new carpet in the living room and staircase when I moved in, despite the fact that the rug (and all parts of the apartment) was old and worn out.

I lived at Branchester Lakes for 6 months in their one bedroom apartment and rented a detached garage. The leasing office personnel were always helpful and responsive although they recently had a change in management.
1. Their leasing terms are fairly standard although very superfluous in wording. Moving in was easy as they provide all the phone numbers for your utilties and are flexible in giving you time to set them (the electric company makes applying for service somewhat complex). Internet and trash are included in the monthly rate and garages were 99 a month.

You receive your monthly rental bill in the mail. This bill includes your water and sewer charges, this charge fluctuates according to your water usage. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. I've lived here for 3 months. One month, I received my bill one day before rent was due. Another month, I received my bill on the first-the same day rent was due. Second floor door entry is very tight. Mail packages have been stolen.
