The emergency maintenance contact number is pointless and unresponsivene. Called the number over two different weekends for two different situations (dead animal removal and bug infestation.) I was told by operators to stand by for callbacks. None ever occurred and I wasted my time waiting. Last night a fire broke out due to a stove. The fire department captain called the emergency number and received no answer. He had to find the property management number through a trustworthy tenant. System fails consistently for Artcraft Management.

The apartments are spacious. the area is very quiet. the tenants are nice and keep to themselves. The building hallways are redone looks very classy. they painted the apartment doors looks very nice with a… combination of the floors. the management team are excellent. the maintenance workers they have are exceptional. overall Riverside Park apartments it's a wonderful place to live.

Anyone who gives this place more than one star, obviously needs some psychiatric help. The only positive things I can say, is that the size of my apartment is good for the price and I can smoke inside. I have been here 3 years & would have moved out after the first year, if I could have afforded it!! My daughter's car was towed, after accidentally parking in the wrong spot, by a company that makes all their money on that scam. Emergency Maintenance number is nothing more than an out of state answering service, that might get your problem worked on in 2 days, if you're lucky! My A/C has stopped

I live here currently and i'm impressed for the price. pretty good community, people seem to be friendly and helpful. the upkeep needs some work as the exterior of the buildings and landscaping could be better, but not really anything major. the neighborhood around the complex is a little on the rough side but nothing too bad. just depends on what your looking for! my apartment is great, very happy with it. only problem I've had thus far is an issue with cold shower water, but again, I've dealt with far worse. I would recommend to a friend.

Been here for a month and their was a list of things I needed fixed within the apartment and not a word or anything from anyone until 2-3 weeks after I’ve already lived there and moved in and on top of that the lady that works there wants to throw late fees and all this and that when she hasent even said anything about the list of things I needed fixed worst than a 1-star tbh. Unprofessional, over promising, and most of all careless. They want their money before anything to gets done and wants to get rude and toxic with you when you ask for her managers number this might be a business setting

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!! We NEVER knew how much our rent was. It was ALWAYS a different price. If they say office hours are from 9-5, please don't count on it! More like 10-whenever Penny was ready to gi home! Before you invest in a money order, try to get a hold of the staff because they won't delay in tacking on absurd amounts of fees that could NEVER BE EXPLAINED! The washers and dryers were always broken and maintenance takes their time getting to fix anything only to halfway resolve the issue. Prices are expensive and housings is out of date. You have been warned! Move in at your own risk.

Only have lived here for a month but so far, so good! Penny-the manager in the leasing office is super nice and maintenance is quick when needed. I love the super big balcony we have and the spacious bedroom. Only thing I don't like is how thin the walls are.. I can hear everything the person above me does/says sometimes. BUT still giving it 5 stars because I know the buildings are SUPER old considering my older brother lived here 20+ years ago. There are a lot of kids and families here so I consider it pretty safe.

Worse place I've ever lived in. I pay $900 a month for some crappy, broken down apartments. Everything breaks, wasps nest everywhere, gnats, people constantly dumpster diving, I have NEVER had an issue with bed bugs until we moved here and now I am constantly bit by them. They refuse to do anything. Our hot water was running for over 24 hours because the faucet broke. We called the emergency number because WE pay the gas and we were told we had to wait until the next day because they were too busy.
I have a one year old and another on the way. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone! Especially

Management is very rude. We were thinking about moving here and gave them a money order for a holding fee. Saw some bad reviews and changed our minds. The fee is refundable, so we went to pick it up today and was just completely brushed off and told we had to wait 40 minutes. Like they weren't trying the give back the money.
