Our San Jose Silicon Valley dental office offers complete family and cosmetic dental services. The office was uniquely built from the ground up and uses the latest means and hi-tech equipment to ensure a comfortable, professional and relaxing environment for our patients. Dr Fatima and our Sincere Smiles staff are dedicated to making your visits pleasant and stress free.
The Dental Material Facts Sheet and Health Information and Privacy Notice files are for your information only and do not need to be brought to the office. Choose a dentist that can provide you with a breadth of services for all aspects of your dental care. That way you'll receive continuity of care and personal attention from your dentist without inconvenient or unnecessary referrals to other providers.
Over the counter bleaching are not custom made for your teeth and have a lower concentration of bleach, that being said, some people do respond well to over the counter bleaching products. You may have better results with persistent use of the product, usually two weeks for 30 min to one hour per day.
Sincere Smiles is now offering membership plans for our uninsured patients. If you currently no not have dental insurance and have been postponing your dental needs this may be a good option for you. With payments as low as $34/month you can keep up with your regular dental checkups, xrays and cleanings and also receive %15 off all dental treatment including Invisalign.

The doctor and her team are amazing and I want to thank them for helping me out. The doctor had to get me in and help with a temporary crown after my tooth was exposed after a root canal and while I was waiting for the permanent crown until the root canal on the second tooth was done. I had tremendous sensitivity and the doctor was not able to get me in right after my root canal but she was gracious enough to call me and schedule me in as soon as possible. Super caring and very well run facility. Recommend them highly !!!

Came in for my first visit on Monday and immediately scheduled to come back in the next day to get some cavities refilled. Loved everyone at the office and their energy. They explained everything in detail so I left completely confident in their work. The equipment is some of the best I've seen and I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Sincere Smiles! Dr Vafai and her team are amazing. The office is clean and you get to pick a movie to watch during the appointment! You are in and out, no waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room like I have at most other places. It's an understatement to say I'm grateful for the help with my smile. Thank you Dr Vafai!

I had a negative experience at this dental office. I needed to get a front tooth veneer filling because my previous filling fell out after biting on a hard piece of chicken bone. I sit down on the dental chair and they take xrays because I was a new patient. So far so good. Then when the dentist comes in, she starts doing a full teeth cleaning even though I had never requested one. I was very clear on why I came to the dentist - to get my front tooth filling. This cleaning takes up most of the appointment time. Keep in mind they are closed on the weekend so I had to take a couple hours off of work

Had a stellar experience at Sincere Smiles dentistry. The pleasantries began when I called the office to make an appointment for a consultation and spoke with Rebecca Rodriguez. She was very efficient and scheduled me in a timely manner which was much appreciated as my face was throbbing in pain. She was very nice and helpful, over the phone as well as in person.
I went in to get seen, and got greeted with a Sincere Smile and got checked in. The Doc found that it was my wisdom tooth after the x-rays. The pain was on the top part but it was a bottom wisdom tooth and she explained how it shoots

I am so grateful for Dr. V and her team. Dr. V has been my dentist since I was in high school (I'm going on 27 yrs old) and I can't imagine it being any other way. I got Invisalign with Dr. V and I'm so pleased with the results! More recently, we've added two composite veneers to my teeth and I've never been more happy to smile. I was initially shocked by the results, as I didn't know it was possible for my smile to look this good. My confidence has totally improved and I'm just really happy with the results. And very appreciative.

Poor processing, this location is very upbeat and pleasant. Yeah the dentist charges more than the average dentist does but it's okay since insurance takes care of most of it. Only thing I have a problem with this location is the training process. It seems that the main dentist outsources from new training facilities, to onboard new assistants or technicians that have recently graduated from a technical school. The staff is always different. Reason for the negative review is for a poorly trained staff member. I went in to get a really bad cavity fixed. I handed the front desk lady my insurance

My wife had a toothache and we went to sincere smiles. They found a slot for us since it was an emergency as the toothache was really bad. Dr vafai was quick to diagnose the problem and prescribed us medication. The very next day my wife had her wisdom tooth extracted since there was cavity and dr vafai did a great job with the extraction. There is no post treatment pain and things went pretty smooth after that. I will recommend sincere smiles if you need dental care.

This place is great! Dr. Vafai leads a great team and has an awesome dentist office. It is clean, staffed by freindly knowledgeable staff with great attitudes and is a pleasure to be in! I work in the healthcare field and I have high standards for healthcare delivery and service standards and this place checks all the boxes. You know walking in that you will be welcomed with a smile, the staff will do everything they can to accomidate your schedule and you will get top notch care. You really cant ask for more than that. The service was fine, but they're so unwavering on their cancellation policy. I had a work situation and tried calling to see if something else could be arranged but it was like, nope, we'll have to charge you $75. Emergency situations do come up people. It's fine, take my $75 but know that you could have had a lifelong customer instead.

I was cheerfully and competently greeted through the initial contact and filling out the patient profile. My appointment began on-time, and I was well supported and informed about each step which the Assistant performed in preparation for the Doctor's expert work.
I've had my teeth cleaned and inspected before, and this was by a good measure, the most expert, swift, and pain and surprise free experience of my life. The Doc has well trained hands and moves swiftly...I was amazed.

Be careful about your treatment plan cost. They will possibly ask you later to pay more because your insurance is not covering 100% of the cost of treatment! In general this is an expensive place to have your teeth fixed with less transparency about your treatment plan costs.. I switched my business to another dentist and now I'm more satisfied with both quality and costs of treatment I'm receiving.

I bought a groupon for zoom whitening and had a great experience.. staff was friendly, efficient and welcoming. the one thing i didn't think of when i bought the groupon was the amount of whitening i would get. my past experiences have been 4 15 minute intervals of the whitening gel and light. i received 3, but that was probably because I had used a groupon. i do wish i would have known that as i would have just paid the extra $30-50 bucks to get the full treatment... but it most likely was in the fine print (which i didn't read).

I have a busy work schedule and she is kind enough to accommodate my ever changing schedule.
I'm prone to cavities and have to say that ever since I've become her patient, my overall dental health has improved and that also helps my budget.
She is fast, efficient and I never feel any pain. I need special numbing agent and it is never a problem.
Her office uses modern technology and I always feel like I'm in good hands.

I have gone to Sincere Smiles a few times now for some dental work (teeth cleaning, fillings, etc) and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They are very knowledgable about Dentistry and I always feel very comfortable and assured every time I come into their offices.
The staff is extremely polite, respectful and are always smiling which make it very inviting to come in. In addition, they seem to have the latest technological advancements (and personal TV screens w-DVD's in every chair) which make the experience even better.

I cannot say enough about this place. I have had more than a few rough experiences when it comes to the dentist, but my fears have been calmed after visiting Dr. Vafai last week. The staff is friendly, the office comfortable, and the knowledge and experience of Dr Vafai is what makes this office stand apart from others.
My initial exam showed that I had a few problem areas that should hopefully be resolved after a deep cleaning. I had my first session yesterday,and with the technology in the office it made the experience a pleasant one. I am sure I am one of the few lucky ones that did not experience
