I have a very tight back and neck, and luckily I found Columbia Acupuncture! I have been trying to go on a regular basis - it is quite addicting (and most insurances cover it)! The masseuses I've had are all wonderful - they do a great job of pressing hard to get out the knots (I'm sure you can ask them to go lighter too if you prefer)! The receptionists are also really nice, making it a great environment. I've been to both the washington heights and union square locations and they're both great!

Dr. Rong Lu is the best Accupunturist I ever had in my life. I got there feeling really down and depressed and she helped me to feel better. After I left I felt like a complete new person and happy I am not sure what she did but somehow it balanced me out. I am going to follow her instructions and I can't wait to come back and see her again.
