Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

This absolutely the worst place I have never lived. It’s been nothing but a nightmare I can’t wake up from. Do not ever come to these apartments. You will be fined for every little thing you do even if you aren’t doing anything against the lease. In the last 6 months more people have put in moved in. If you have kids with special needs. The… property manager will take anyway any learning experiences that helps them if has to do with outside. You can’t have side walk chalk and kids are not aloud to be kids. I am extremely disappointed in this and with it be section

I went by the office and met the lady at the front desk. She gave me an application and I told her I was in a hurry to move in. She told me if I got everything together that night and dropped it back into her the next morning she would get it processed. I did my part! I got all my pay stubs and legal documents for myself and my daughter and my application fee. I had it all together and ready to go. I got to the office the next morning at 9 and she wasn't there. I waited in my car for an hour! I even left and came back and she never showed. Eventually maintenance man showed up and I asked him where

Have never lived here. However I've called many times over the last year and I've gone to their office a few times. Never been able to get ahold of anyone. Nobody is ever in office no matter the time I go. Nobody even answers the phone. I've left many messages. At this point I wouldn't live here if they paid me. If they can't even answer a phone call or call someone back then they aren't worth it.
