Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

I am a current resident and I give it 3 stars only because I love my apartment and the area, but I am never able to get in touch with anyone at the office when I need them. I haven't had to put in a maintenance request often but when I do it never gets done. I wish we had better communication for tenants.

I have been calling for weeks on end trying to see what you have available and have gotten no answer . they need to get someone in the office or something because its getting to be unprofessional at this point. They replied to this review and said i spoke to a regional manager or someone WHEN I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO A SINGLE PERSON. How can i contact you all if you don’t answer ? either you want people to move in or not .

I can see why people are posting negative things about this place. When I physically went last year to get more information about this place, there was never anyone at the office. I went four times. And now I'm calling this place to get in touch with someone and no one in the office is answering. With all do respect to the owner, but you need to take action and do something about your staff. No need to respond to my comment.

The first year was great, after I renewed my lease a 2nd year the office staff really messed up my rental amt which included a credit for an overage on water, end result I paid what I was told to pay, by a letter always put on my door instead of an official statement and then I got a past due notice, it was a total mess and I was not the only one !! It didnt end well for me, I was always A good tenant and felt I was treated unfairly I know that one of the office staff that made the error is now no longer there, but one of them still is at the neighboring apts ,I usually do not make negative comments

So i took my mom here to look at a 2 bedroom and the office lady and another short blonde hair women in glasses was bad mouthing someone that lived there that had just walked out. i told my mother lets go somewhere thats so rude and unprofessional and the owners need to say something and watch how they have running there office because she just ran a possible tenet away
