I have been here for 3 1/2 months. I like the fact you cannot hear the neighbors. I feel like I live in a single family home. I live in a 3 bdrm which has a two car garage which is opposite of my neighbor. There have only been minimal maintenance issues. Each time I called they came out right away and took care of the issue on the first call. My one complaint would be the thin walls within my unit. The master bedroom wall shares the wall with the living room. I can hear everything in the living room and the kitchen which is south of the living room.

This is a new duplex development in Avon of poorly built units. Cheap flooring that scratches easily and understaffed and uneducated maintenance personally. Management are only trained as leasing agents with no facility management skills. Utility bills are higher than expected for the area. The heating air conditioner system was poorly designed. Numerous residents have already moved out after their first year because of this. There is no parking on the streets for visitors and violators will be towed. The lawn sod was poorly laid and there is no irrigation so it is dead or dying and unsafe to
