I lived in The Ascent Apartments for three years (since it opened!). It was a pleasure living at the Ascent. The staff are incredible, always responsive to all my questions and concerns. Their maintenance staff is superb; they will take care of any issues within 24 hours. All their facilities are top notch. I was also impressed by their effort to create a sense of community.They host social events every 1-2 months, and will also invite ice cream or donut trucks to the community. Moreover, you can walk to the Shops at Perry Crossing (behind the apartment complex, 5 minutes walk), lots of restaurants

This was the worst apartment I lived in. The walls are extremely thin, so I heard everything my neighbors did. Management was rude and unhelpful. Multiple neighbors smoked in the building despite the lease prohibiting it anywhere on property. When this was brought up to management, the best they could do was have someone sniff around to confirm. I called for months before anything productive was done. We moved into The Ascent about a week and a half ago. We LOVE it here. The office staff have been very helpful (we moved from Texas) and all of them are extremely nice. The coffee machine in office is a plus.
The apartment itself...my only complaint is how small it is! We moved into the smallest one bedroom due to no availability for bigger one beds for the date when we needed to move in. It hasn't been bad at all though. We'll upgrade next year to a two bedroom.
The wine rack above fridge is neat, the bathroom and shower is great. Bedroom is a decent size for apartment being so small

It seemed great at first, then I noticed that things weren’t as nice as they seemed. I could hear every step the upstairs neighbor made as the walls and floor were thin. They have little to no storage beside the walk-in closets. We weren’t even allowed to keep our bikes on the balcony. The carpet and walls were easily damaged. They are very expensive on utilities as well. The whole time I lived there I also had trouble finding parking; sometimes having to park by the office and walk to my building. It also bothered me that there were many people who did not clean up after their dogs making

Absolutely loved it! The whole crew is absolutely amazing.
My apartment complex is perfect! parking is never an issue, the GYM and pool are fantastic. The office staff and Maintenance are always super friendly and super helpful, quick to respond when issues come up! They are just the best!
