- the location is amazing. We had one of the best apartments in the complex that had large windows that looked out over a field, and it was lovely to wake up and see the sunrise every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the surrounding neighborhoods and trails that are great for taking walks. It’s also extremely convenient that you can walk to Walmart if needed.
- maintenance was always kind and prompt. Dealing with maintenance is always kind of a headache, but the people we encountered were always professional and friendly.

I lived here for four and a half years, and it was a good experience overall. It’s neat how it is within the Saratoga neighborhood; so when you drive in through the Saratoga Parkway entrance, it’s grand and impressive. I had friendly neighbors for the most part and the maintenance staff was very helpful with anything I needed. I also loved that the Vandalia trail backs up to the neighborhood. It was a safe, comfortable and calm place to live. It is a little expensive for living on the edge of Plainfield, but to me it seemed like the best option for a somewhat affordable and nice apartment in

Over all the apartment is great I really have no complaints about this place. There are great appliances in the kitchen as well as having a washer and dryer in the apartment is great. The only things I would change is the shower heads make it feel like I’m taking a shower in a cheap hotel and the hot water doesn’t seem to get as hot as other places I’ve stayed. Other than those to small things this place is amazing!

I love my apartment. Grounds is very clean and well kept. Maintenance is very helpful and fast. And the office staff are outstanding. Only issue is parking. I am single and my mother is elderly. We have had to park outside of our street and walk to our apartment. There should be at least 1 assigned parking spot per apartment.

We have a beautiful, updated unit with a nice view and trees out back. I love having my own laundry space. The trash pick up at my door is wonderful and so is the outdoor lighting. I think it’s a great value especially for the surroundings. So many apartments are more costly and they just sit in the middle of a field without trees or privacy at all.

Run!! Do not move into this hell hole! Office staff is extremely rude. You can call for maintenance 25 times and they either send maintenance to the wrong address or just don't pass the message along. Every time I go to the office, there is a new face. Like, hell they can't keep employees happy, how can they keep their residents happy?
There are bugs everywhere and the outside of the buildings look like Halloween with all the spider webs outside. We pay every month for pest control, the least they can do is spray the grounds.

Please DO NOT MOVE IN. The office staff are a nightmare to deal with. They lure you in with false hope that you'll be taken care of and that you're going to LOVE living here, but you won't. The staff is rude, condescending, and obnoxious. They first told me the wrong price for rent ($779 not $799) and then tried to get us to pay more to move in because if you want to move in on any date that's NOT the first of the month, you have to pay a deposit, prorated rent for your "first month" and second months rent.. BUT THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT. They gave me a "get out
