Dave and Lori Theurer are the owners/managers of All County Property Management - North Metro and long time residents of North Fulton County. We are property management veterans and long time investors and are involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Realtors, North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Realtor Association and the Northeast Atlanta metro Association of Realtors.

The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. If you are experiencing difficulties making your rental or utility payments there are a number of non-profit organizations that offer assistance.

I see that some people have said that this company was professional. I can say that was not my daughters interaction. They lied on the contract and when the condo was checked. When we arrived to help my daughter there was paint all over the floor, the air was turned down to 50 which caused condensation on the walls and mold was starting to grow. Also, the painters had gone to the restroom in all the bathrooms and could not flush so you can imagine how bad that smelled and unhealthy it was. Shelves from the closet were pulled out and left on the floor. The problem was the manager said he had checked

The All County Property Management is very professional in all aspects. I worked with David from the beginning and I am happy to choose All County among the others. I am new on rental market. He helped me to do the research and even gave me specific suggestion on rent. He kept his promise and my townhome was rent out just two weeks after put on the market.
Another thing I would like to mention is communication with him is very pleasant. All calls are answered and emails are replied with a day. Management fee is very competitive. I strongly recommend All County to be your rental agent.

The team at All County are professional, friendly, and responsive!! I haven't been a renter in a very long time but when I moved from MI to GA, this is the company I rented through and they made the transition super easy! Whenever I had a concern, they were quick with their responses and even more timely with sending someone to the rental home for repairs as needed.
