After the application is approved, what is the turnaround time to move the new tenant in?. My experience with this company was not a bad one. However I don’t like how they use a program called AppFolio for background and credit checks. AppFolio gave them the incorrect credit score for us which automatically disqualified us for a home we loved. We are amazing tenants with excellent rental history and meet all the requirements however we were denied due to AppFolio. They did not give us another chance to show our credit scores or run them a different way… we were just completely turned away with, what felt like, a shrug and “oh well”

We rented through Platinum for over 6 years and it was a great experience. They always were quick to help with any maintenance issue. We felt heard and taken care of.
The only issue we ever had was when we were going to break our lease early to move because of a job relocation and when the check was sent into their office, they “ lost it” but then a month later it was returned to us. 🤷🏻♀️ other than that weirdness, it is a great company.

We had typically rented from homeowners directly and were new to Georgia, so didn't know what to expect from a Property Mgmt group. What we got was a whole team of people looking out for us - Jennifer, Lisa, and the whole office staff made sure our maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner and provided updates as best they could. Need a pool pass? They were on it to coordinate documentation with the homeowner. Need a repair? They emailed vendor contact info quickly (and all suggested vendors were great too!). Honestly we would have considered renewing the lease if we felt this same care

I have been renting from Platinum Property Management for ~5 years. They have been professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. In particular, I strongly appreciate the flexibility and overall helpfulness displayed by Meredith Earley for my quarterly walk-throughs. I’m often traveling for work (pre pandemic) or have family visiting or off on a personal adventure, and Meredith has ALWAYS been helpful in working around my schedule. Platinum Property Management was literally a godsend! As a newer property owner, I wasn't aware of all the small details that comes into managing a property. Platinum Property takes care of all of this for me as well as things I never would have thought of! They are also super responsive and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Platinum to any landlords looking to take the stress out of owning a rental home!

This was the most enjoyable company I have ever rented from and that says a lot these days. They are so responsive to all of our maintenance request and respected our privacy whenever they had to do a rare inspection. At the end of my lease, I spoke with Todd about my concerns, he called me back within the hour and gave me such a detailed run down of what was going on with our property. He answered all of my questions with such detail. If you are looking into a promising company to rent from, this is the one. You will also never have a hard time contacting the staff. We can not express how thankful we are for platinum property management & the wonderful staff enough. So professional respond so quickly and can answer just about any question you have and walk you through the process whether it’s buying or renting. They went above and beyond to get us into our home. Currently renting with Platinum and they are great! The biggest complaint with a lot of property managers is that they don't seem to care about you and try to get every penny they can from you, but the folks at Platinum have been very responsive and reasonable. We filed a maintenance request a few months ago and they were very accommodating and communicative through the whole process. Rent from these guys!

I had a detail discussion with Phil before I put my home to rent out since it was 1st time renting experience for me and he very patiently detailed out the whole process and answered each of my queries. My home was rented out in less than 1.5 week and I was impressed how quickly, professionally and effectively they execute the whole process.
