NOTE: Each adult, 18 years or older, that will be living at the property, must submit an application and pay the $50 non-refundable application fee. All parties making application on the same property may use the same application and the additional parties be listed as co-applicants.
NOTE: Application processing times are normally 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive all the required documents, information and non-refundable application fee payment.All applicants must show proof of combined gross monthly income no less than three (3) times the market monthly rental rate or produce current bank statements reflecting a minimum balance exceeding three (3) times the amount of the entire lease term.

Looking for a home to rent, I was thrilled to find a REAL LIVE HUMAN on the other end of the line when I called! Every rental is automated and website/app driven these days… I was pleasantly surprised to talk directly with Debi!
She met with me immediately and was very knowledgeable.

I just rented a townhome in Johns Creek and working with Debi and Deryk was an absolute pleasure. I just renewed the lease in one of the properties Key Location is managing, I am very happy and satisfied that all my maintenance requests have been handled in professional and timely manner. Last week I had raised the request in their portal that ‘AC is not cooling properly’ and to my surprise, within 1/2 hour I had a message on my mobile to schedule an appointment with third party and next morning it was fixed, not only this they went a step further and installed the new AC to make sure I don’t face any other issue in future as previous AC unit was little old. We arrived very late from out of state. Deryk and Debbie kept the lights on for us at the office so we could get the keys to our rental home. Debbie was very helpful in relaying needed information about the area, especially concerning the best routes to take for the morning and evening commutes to work.
The property was clean and move-in ready.

Key Locations is an excellent company to use if you want to manage your rental home. I have worked with them for many years and I have never had my home without a client. The background checks are extensive in finding tenets who can afford, and take good care of your property. I would recommend them highly for anyone considering a management company.
