Jason Marascio started in customer service and sales at the young age of 12 delivering newspapers in the mornings and selling magazine subscriptions door to door on the weekends. He continued to work all through high school acquiring various jobs at lumber yards, restaurants, and retail stores.
Jason eventually landed a job with a wholesale hardware distribution company located in Dublin, California right out high school where he flourished and was continuously promoted within the company for the next five years.Changing gears, Jason utilized his customer service skills and passion for cars to become a Nissan service advisor.

If this is an emergency situation that will affect the safety of an ordinary tenant (fire, flood, gas leak, etc.) CALL 911. After calling 911 please report the incident to our office immediately. After Hours / Weekends (EMERGENCIES ONLY) A/C not working does not constitute an emergency. No maintenance requests will be taken over the phone.
Please follow the guidelines below to maximize the return of your security deposit. We will use the inventory and condition report that you should have completed and returned upon occupying the property to evaluate the property upon vacating. Electrical light and wall switch cover plates must be replaced if broken, stained or missing.
With so much happening in people's lives it is easy for things to change whether it is an email address, cell phone number, or getting a new job. It is very important that we always have up to date contact information on file so we may be able to reach you at any time. Each individual tenant is responsible for updating their own contact information.
All tenants must give a 30 Day Notice prior to vacating any property. We do not accept written emails, written letters, or phone calls as notice to vacate. The only form that is accepted by our office is the one you will find below. This particular form covers important information which tenants should be aware of when vacating a property.

Jason and Jane helped us through the whole process as first time home buyers and they were AMAZING!!! If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. When I wanted to purchase the home that I was renting, the staffing professionals at NTXPM not only helped to negotiate my offer with the homeowner, but they went above and beyond to work with my lenders and helped to arrange the necessary inspections and repairs needed to get the loan. All of the paperwork was done in-house so I never felt like I was overwhelmed with who to call and if I was missing something important. Some levels of professionalism are hard to achieve - these folks, make it look easy. PS - Three years running and I still love my home!

Run!!! I usually don’t write reviews but let me tell you that dealing with North Texas Management for 7 long years was pure inhuman torture. Staff is very unprofessional and rude, cheap and inefficient repairs, unfair fees and takes advantage of people. They use the No Credit Check to lure you in and put you in Crime ridden neighborhoods that are unsafe for you and especially if you have children! I advise you NOT to rent from them!!

Jason and his team at NTPM helped my wife and I find our dream home in July 2019. I don't take the time to write many reviews but felt so strongly of the effort and professionalism NTPM did on my behalf went above and beyond that I wanted to strongly recommend them.
NTPM not only took care of my property tax dispute but spent much effort and time helping me to determine a fair value for my house when a potential buyer inquired. They did not ask for any compensation for the comps but just did it out of customer service.
Truly great customer service.
Their team is so knowledgeable and has access to so much data that they are by far the best in this area at what they do.

My son and I have been working with Jason and his team since 2015. We couldn't be happier. Rachel just rocks it in finance with accurate and on time statements, and Andrew is on top of any repairs immediately. I simply can't say enough for Jane and Cindy too. The North Texas Property rental market is challenging and you need a company that is on the top of their game. I have been with North Texas Property Management since 2006 from my very first rental property. If I remember correctly it was about 1 week or so and the property was rented. I later acquired several other properties of which they have managed and been 100% diligent in their work and responsiveness. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for property management. They are truly excellent in their work from finding tenants to the entire move out, clean up process. Best experience and worry free for any investor! You could not ask for more!

Jason and his team at North Texas Property Management has managed my rental in Crowley for about 5 years. I have been very pleased with the service they provide. They are able to fill vacancies very quickly and they keep me well informed of what is going on with my rental. One time that I had a tenant move out they had the house re-rented within 2 days.
I wish I could clone his team to manage other rentals outside of Texas. I highly recommend talking to Jason if you are in need of a Great Property Management team.
