Inspector drove his truck through our yard creating ruts. Tried to call him regarding; denied any wrong doing although it was obvious he caused the damage. No other persons were present who could have caused the damage.

He or buyers broke my window and never told me and when i called he denied it. My panel from where hot water heater was also was messed up bc he did a shotty job putting it back. He also wrote a bunch of off the wall stuff that most inspectors don't write up if they r legit...think he knew buyers and was covering for them...not good company.

He was extremely overweight and couldn't really fit into any tight areas. Had a really bad attitude and didn't really answer any questions. Couldn't fit into our crawl space and was too bit to crawl around in the attic. I would not recommend this guy at all.
