DelValley Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Mark Desmond. Mark brings over 25 years of home construction and renovation experience to each inspection he performs. He was a contractor and master carpenter and specialized in finish work and historical renovation. Mark started in the home inspection industry in 2001 and achieved ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certification in 2002.
Report includes the type of plumbing in the home. Attempts are made to investigate all visible pipes and drain lines. Evaluation of the water heater, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toilets, sinks and valves is also performed. Inspection includes determining the type of heating and air conditioning systems, running the heater and examining its function.

Mark was absolutely great when it came to inspecting our potential new home.
