They are EXTREMELY unprofessional the landlord was stalking me from the neighboring property and didnt know I recorded her and wore the same clothes. (smh) continued to raise my rent 3 times within a 6 months. Didnt talk to the previous manager about agreements and called me a liar, then when I asked if she could just ask her herself acted like an email would be invading her privacy. Not to mention if you do have an issue you can call and talk to someone you have to email the boss's boss and then they game me the wrong email. So ill just leave this here. =)

Do not rent with dobler management. You will regret it. Their properties are so dirty and unkept. They make it nearly impossible to reach out for help. The only way you can talk to someone is when they decide they want to speak to you. They evicted me and my husband with no notice to be completely out in 3 days during COVID with no reason. All of our rent had been paid and paid early at that. Luckily we hated our apartment so much and wanted to leave that we went with it but spoke to multiple lawyers and what they did was extremely illegal. Dobler Management isn’t even worth 1 star, in all honesty. My partner and I got through the application process no problem, but when they told us we were approved they added that we must have a co-signer that makes “$7,637– no less” (a little over 5x the listed rent) despite the fact that we already make 4x the listed rent. We were given less than 24 hours to actually find a co-signer who makes this amount of money, which we were unable to do. This requirement was for all of their properties, putting us out of the running for many apartment communities in the area.

I have had the pleasure of working for Dobler Management over the last 18 months. I have worked for multiple management companies and Dobler is by far my best employment experience.
Working in property management can get a little overwhelming at times, but the ownership of Dobler really understands and gives you the opportunity to spend your time engaging with your residents and property rather than being buried in busy work. They understand that being available for your residents is a huge part of the experience while living at one of their sites.

I rented through dobler for 6 years from 2011-2017 and had no problems. Trying to get an apartment again and I got denied. I have a discharged chapter 13 bankruptcy from almost 6 years ago now. The manager at the apartments I applied for was no help really when explaining the situation. Both my girlfriend and I paid almost $60 dollars a piece for our application fees. Our credit scores are both around 700 even mine with the discharged bankruptcy. We make 5x the rent and both have good rental history. Don't understand why they make it difficult to rent from one of their properties especially since

Unfortunately, only the most unsatisfied residents usually reach out to cooperate companies or come into contact with them at all. The reviews look like they reflect that! Fortunately, I had a wonderful experience! I came to Dobler trying to seek more information about their many apartment complexes. They were extremely kind and willing to help! The receptionist is especially sweet and the entire office appeared very organized and professional. A great management company!
