I wanted to change the design of my grandmother's wedding set because it was not wearable. I went to Wayne who gave me design options and created a new set from this cherished ring. It's absolutely beautiful and elegant as was my grandmother. Wayne was patient, creative, and communicated with me throughout the experience. I found my new trusted jeweler.

I’ve used them exclusively for several years for watch repairs, bracelets, necklaces and most recently a watch purchase. The staff is very down to earth, knowledgeable and just plain friendly. They don’t have horrible commercials which is a huge plus, those advertising dollars come from somewhere, all kidding aside they are a wonderful group of professional to do business with.

I sent my refined gold to this company, but my gold wasn't weigh before me to show fairness & transparency, and for that reason I didn't sell it. Besides I got a better rate somewhere.

Just had the most incredible experience buying an engagement ring and diamond from Jacob Gumer at Gumer & Co. From the minute I walked in, I felt like Jake I had known each other for years.
My needs were pretty specific and I had done lots of research on the internet and at other jewelry stores. After a consultation, Jacob had several beautiful stones that were exactly what I'd hoped for. He even talked me out of a larger, and more expensive ring...can you imagine one of those big guys doing that??

I love this jewelry store. I have used them for many years. They are excellent at resizing and or repair work. Plus they're economical. I would highly recommend anyone use Gumer and company for all of your jewelry needs. Great service and fast quality work

Very nicely cultivated offerings. They offer coins in addition to jewelry. They also do custom made jewelry and settings. You can bring your own stone or order a specific cut. Good service.

From walking through second set of door's they already pre-judge my mom an me they would not allow me ask any questions prior to me calling earlier that day, nor walk around to look at other jewelry YES racism does exist an it was felt inside of this store an to be that rude an basically be rushed from out of store. But not to worry I will never enter or recommend anyone to jewelry shop at that racist store! They don't even deserve one star

Stopped by today to sell some gold jewelry I never wore anymore. I was impressed with how quick the process was, and the employee who helped me was friendly. I felt the amount they gave me was fair and I would definitely return to purchase jewelry or sell more gold.

If I could leave negative starts I would. My father passed away and my mother went to them to get a charm with his thumb print attached to where it wouldn't come off and within a few months it fell completely off. She is heartbroken and I am furious. never coming to this store again.

Gumer is absolutely fantastic! The staff there took their time with me, explained in detail what I was examining and after shopping around I really felt like I got the best price. I got to deal directly with Jake Gumer, and he and his team addressed all of my questions and concerns well beyond my expectations. He methodically walked me through the nuances of the “four Cs”, he showed me an extensive variety of diamonds and ring settings, he was very knowledgeable and patient while answering my questions, and he made the whole experience stress-free. Gumer & Company sold me a nice white gold ring with quality cut diamonds that sparkle. They also gave me a container of ring cleaner for free with the purchase.

I walked into Gumer & Co to get my ring sized ASAP. I had a tight deadline as I was leaving town soon. They sized my ring in a day and when I went back to pick it up, it needed to be a little smaller. They fixed it in less than an hour! I highly recommend this jewelry store! Customer service is amazing and my ring turned out perfect! I will be going here for all of my jewelry needs from now on!
