That is the #1 criteria for you and for us! There are many options to consider when someone you love needs help. Together, we will create the solution that is just right for you! Our Management and Owners know every client and every caregiver and we hand select each Personal Attendant with strict guidelines in not only their skill level, but most importantly, their compassion and desire to be helpful to the seniors in our area!
Our typical caregivers' profile is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with many years' experience as a caregiver. Their desire is to help you succeed in the areas that you need help with. Our professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are eager to help you. Whether you need assistance in rehabilitation services, everyday living tasks, or keeping track of your medication usage, we'll be there.
Do you need some assistance with activities of daily living include bathing, dressing, and meal preparation? We can help you! Our Home Health Aides can assist you with transportation, organizing paperwork and bills, and making appointments. We are there to provide companionship and emotional support and to help you remain as independent as possible in your own home!
Wouldn't it be a comfort to know that a RN will come to your home and put together a plan of care customized to your needs, as well as perform a safety check of your home? There are a number of things to consider when hiring a private duty home health care attendant as opposed to a home care agency. Our staff are bonded and insured, giving you peace of mind that if the caregiver hurt themselves in your home they would not sue your home owners' insurance policy. All cases are carefully monitored and supervised by our Certified Senior Care Managers and our management team.

My mother in law was a client for over a year before she moved into assisted living. Carolyn and her team went above and beyond to keep her in her home living independently longer than she would have on her own. We do not live in the area so having Better at Home gave us great peace of mind that she was safe and well. We were so happy we chose a small company where we got personalized attention as opposed to a large chain where we would have been just an “account”. Thank you Carolyn and team!

I've been working with Carolyn as her IT service provider for 2 years. I have to say Carolyn is very proffesional in what she does. We had her working with Vet Assist to get help with someone to come in and be with my mother-in-law. They had all paper work done in less then a month and we started service the first of the year and everyone in our house has been very pleased with her service and the care taker who is assigned to us
