Eva Huang is a New York State licensed acupuncturist and a National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) certified herbalist. Born in China, she immigrated to the US in 2001 and earned her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York.
She began practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine in 2012, established her first clinic in 2013 in SoHo, NY, and her second clinic in 2017 in Midtown East, NY. Huang grew up under the influence of many masters and elders in Hong Kong, where the Taoist wisdom of living in harmony with the universe was deeply ingrained in her world outlook.

If i could give more stars i would thanks again eva angela dervla and yuicarey. Where do I begin. From the intimate space and quiet serenity in the heart of manhattan. The heated massage table that puts you in zen mode before you even meet your masseuse. Its all just a magnificent experience. I love this place, Definitely a place to go. I’ve been here plenty of times. The staff is always kind and the establishment is always clean. This is my self care place😂😂. I also brought my partner here, We were in separate rooms.Now he’s also addicted. Price wise it’s affordable and it always leaves room to tip. They definitely deserve it. They offered many services, my favorite is cupping and deep tissue massages. Acupuncture is amazing as well. A must go guys!!!

Eva continues to be a tremendous help as a practitioner! She provides excellent advise and continues to hire superior staff! When I had Covid-19, she gave me herbs and advice on how to get better. She followed up with me and had me keep her informed, at each step of my recovery. When I followed her advice, I saw tremendous improvements in my health. Her advice may have saved my life! Yupo is one hidden jewel. You get a bit of workout before you get to relax, as they are located in the 3rd floor (aka. More like the 2nd floor, as the ground floor is the first floor). Overall the experience is amazing. The massage was relaxing, just right amount of pressure and I fallen asleep in a blink of an eye. The place may be small, but its super inviting and super relaxing. You feel like a different man afterward. Best part, they have licensed acupuncturist and physical therapists, so you know they are legit.

I have been getting massage from Yupo Health since 7 years ago and it is continued to be my only place to go for the massage.
I have experienced many other places but never found better ones than Yupo Health. All the masseuses are great here! ( I really like Wendy)
If you are a big fan of deep tissue massage and want to loosen up any tight muscle, I highly recommend Yupo Health.
The intensity obviously can be adjustable if you want something softer, they always ask you whether the intensity is right for you.
All the staffs are nice and helpful. The facility is clean and zen.

I have been going to Yupo Health for a couple of years now and have been consistently impressed with Eva's professionalism, responsiveness, willingness to go above and beyond and of course most importantly, treatment effectiveness. I have gone to her for anything from specific muscle strains and injuries to simple/general back pain and feel better immediately.

One of the BEST massages I've had in a long long time. The place was super clean and the atmosphere welcoming. My masseuse was Coco who applied just the right amount of pressure to get rid of my aching knots around my neck and shoulders. I was also delighted to get their cupping services - oh boy did I need that badly... Their rates are worth energy penny and at the end I was happy to tip generously. Can't wait to come again!

This establishment is amazing! Professional, kind, and welcoming. From the young ladies who greet you at the front to Eva, the acupuncturist, they are all extremely kind and helpful.
The service is also fantastic. I have gone in for multiple sessions over the last year or so and it genuinely does work. Please keep in mind that recovery takes time, you just have to be patient with it.
I 100 percent recommend going in for at least an acupuncture session with Eva to experience it. The more you go the better you feel.

It was my first time receiving a massage along with cupping therapy so I knew little of what to expect. Prior to my treatment, I was instructed to complete a health questionnaire specifying areas that I needed more work on( it was neck and lower back for me).

Been going to Yupo for over 7 months, biweekly, for Acupunture on fertility and lower back pain with Eva. She has been nothing but professional, skillful with her technique and one of the best complementary health care professional I have ever encountered. She is excellent Acupuncturist, in which I almost never felt any needle pain as I had with others in the past. She was able to regulate my period (age 48), elongate my cycle (from 27d to 30d), and normalization my flow. I feel relaxed and more well balanced after each and every treatment.. Excellent service & super friendly, amazing and professional staff. I booked my dad plenty of massage in this spa already (3+ sessions) and he's beyond happy! This is an amazing clinic. I've been coming for weekly massage, acupuncture, and cupping treatments since May and have absolutely reaped the health benefits. Eva and her team are all incredible. They've created a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for care and have made genuine connections with everyone walking through their doors. I cannot recommend Yupo Health highly enough.

Such a great find! I am so thankful to have stumbled upon this Groupon. I purchased a 75 min massage and cupping session at Yupo Health. I had never heard of them but quickly looked them up on Yelp and with multiple 5 star reviews I decided to give them a shot. I made an appointment via email with the owner Eva. She was quick to respond to my message explaining that they are open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Originally, they were not able to take me for 2 weeks out, however last minute, Eva texted me saying they had a cancelation!

I came here for the first time last month. I had requested a deep tissue massage and that's exactly what I got. Joanne was my masseuse. I often have a hard time getting a masseuse to give me firm enough pressure when I request them. Not Joanne though.
My first impression is that it looks new and clean. The room looked and smelled clean. The part where you put your face smelled like alcohol which I liked because I like it sanitized. The room has a sliding door. You had an option to pick from a few different scented oils or you can select unscented.
The bathroom was nice and clean as well

I had a good experience here for a 60-min massage and cupping session. My massage therapist (I think her name is joanne) was great. The whole massage was 60-minute. Her technique and skills is on-point. The pressure is strong and adjustable.
I will probably come back here for future massages. I recommend this spot. I used a groupon for this visit and had no issue.

Have you ever had a massage that just gets all of the knots? I always have tension in my shoulders and my masseuse asked where I wanted work and all I could say was back and shoulders.
She went to town on my knots! Those knots didn't stand a chance.
I loved how she kept checking in with me to make sure that she was hitting the right spots and that it wasn't too painful for me.

The acupuncture session was very relaxing. Eva didn't rush it like most places do. My lower back felt significantly better after just one session.

Eva is amazing. I moved from Australia to New York three years ago and was on a mission to find the right acupuncturist. I visited about five and Eva was the best. She is trustworthy, inexpensive,
Gives great advice after the session, and can really pin point (no pun intended) the areas that cause the pain. You can also ask for cupping and a massage. I have recommend all of my friends to visit Yupo Health and they all speak very highly of the experience.

Eva Huang is a healer in the true sense of the word. I am associated with a well respected clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been treated with acupuncture for 35 years. My granddaughter has been stressed, missing classes and not very happy. I googled Chinatown acupuncturists and found Eva. I interviewed her on the phone. I recently moved from Chicago to NYC which was extremely stressful. Back pain followed by back surgeries, then muscle tightness and muscle spasms is a summary of the pain I deal with on a daily basis. I find acupuncture with electricity helps the best. The hardest thing is to find that one person that knows how to treat these symptoms I mentioned. Eva has treated me at both offices in Chinatown and Midtown offices. I never wait and scheduling is very easy via text. She can always fit me in working around my busy schedule as a dentist. She also has amazing massage therapist there as well.
