My apartment has mold in it for about 4-5 months before they came out to treat it. I’ve put in about 10+ work orders for my dryer to be replaced because it won’t tumble or heat up and they still haven’t come to fix that issue. On top of that, in order for pest control to come and spray you have to move everything out of the way so it looks as if you just moved in, here it is 5 days later and they still haven’t come to spray.

Despite all the poor reviews of this place I took one for the team and gave Kingstown the benefit of doubt and also am very disappointed with this establishment since the day I moved in nov2022.
I've seen 5 roaches in my apartment so far after poison control came I've seen 1 more. I've been without a washer and dryer (see photos below)since my move in day and it took a whole months rent cycle to get a new one yet I still paid full months rent as if I have all my amenities as stated with the apartment. Next the closets have no rods it is now Dec 18 almost 2 months without being able to unpack and

YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE! Apartment was advertised to be a newly renovated unit, which was false, many of the known issues were covered up, they did not disclose that information to allow us the opportunity to not move forward.
We were not able to see the unit until 3 months after we applied and paid deposits, phone calls and emails weren’t being answered, and when we moved in we had to pay for the first months rent, which we fully unaware of. We suffered many health problems, accrued medical bills, missed days of work, had to stay in hotels on several occasions due to the plumbing issues

My mother and I moved in 8/9/21. The contractors rushed our renovation, so we have been having issues with bugs since we’ve moved in. Nothing is sealed, no baseboards, no doors, no windows, the fireplace is completely disconnected from the wall. And to top it off, our apartment started leaking from our ceiling yesterday. Hampton Roads Plumbing came to fix the issue but our cabinets and appliances were soaked. And come to find out, the front office isn’t even sending someone to replace the cabinets, the maintenance man told me i have to call on Monday and “push”; “stay on them” for someone

Me and my boyfriend tried to get an apartment out here and we got denied because he had something on his record from 6 years ago that he paid off.I talked to a lady yesterday which was October the 13th Just trying to find out what we can do about moving forward to get it off his record.She said she will call me back and she did but I was at work so I missed her call yesterday October the 13th, I called back up there and this lady named Barbara answered and as I was trying to explain the situation and just trying to get back in touch with the lady I talked to yesterday i couldn't remember her name

I must have called or emailed over 30 apartments/condos in the last month or so and Michelle was the ONLY person to respond to me in a way that made me feel like I matter. I appreciate Michelle and her efforts to work with me in every way that she could. I found a place for me and my family somewhere else, but she made me feel like it was just as important for her to find us a home as it was for me. Thank you!

This company is very unprofessional my representative quit during my application process and nobody bothered to inform my roommates and I about this issue. The process to even upload the files is difficult and nobody was trying to help us overall the worst experience I have ever dealt with. The lady Crystal took down my information twice and still didn't hear anything back. It took for my roommate to call and get upset in order for us to get anywhere. The property manager was supposed to call us back and didn't when I sent in the information she asked for to her email because the link wouldn't

Worst Apartment I ever lived in. It’s pretty on the outside with non-working appliances on the inside and management does not care to fix anything. I moved in Feb 15 and it’s been ongoing problems ranging from plumbing issues to my account being overcharged. I have never been able to use the dishwasher since I moved in. I was given two second hand washers in a newly renovated apartment and they both don’t work. I am currently waiting to resolve this washer issue. The dryer works perfectly normal and that means it takes 1.5 hour to dry each load.

The maintenance workers lie to you about coming to fix a problem and they do this with lies they believe you will accept. The front office tries to make it seem as though they care when they are there just to get a check. They only move when the corporate office tells them to do something. I am suggesting to my girlfriend she hires a lawyer and get a court order from a judge to get things fixed in her apartment. Also I am suggesting she calls the news media and see if Drucker & Falk would care for some negative press. It is a shame a tenant that owes no money and have been here five years have

The roaches aren't as bad as most places, try to keep an open mind while living here. They try their best and I have minor problems living here. Its a great place if you like feeling safe. The place I used to live in, there were gunshots, drunk fights,and people would ALWAYS be yelling.This place is great for people who like the quiet, I mean yes, sometimes they play music but in my opinion they aren't that loud. And they don't choose any vulgar music.
