Choose from one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Our apartments are constructed in an Earthcraft design and feature energy efficient appliances to help cut down on the costs of utilities.
Living at Forrest Landing, you will enjoy living within one of of our country's largest municipal parks. Newport News Park has 30 miles of trails on over 8,000 acres for camping, hiking, running, dog walking, horseback riding, and bike riding. Acres of lakes provide ample opportunities for fishing, canoeing, and paddle boating.

Man let me tell you I wasn’t going to give a review but I said this place deserves it. I have been living here at Forrest Landing for 7 1/2 months now. When I first found out about the community I did my homework I came out during the daytime to look at the neighborhood and I even visited at night because you know that’s what they say you see a real community at night. When I first walked in this establishment it was so warm and welcoming there I just fell in love. the clubhouse is phenomenal and the apartments kind of look like the clubhouse as well so that was a plus to me when I walked in

As a new resident, let me just say that I’ve lived all over the country in the past five years and this place is a prize! The process to get in was streamlined by competent and capable staff who were delightfully accommodating. The complex itself is clean and well maintained. All of the residents that I’ve met thus far have been pleasant. A true taste of “Southern Hospitality”. I am thoroughly impressed. Great job Tori and Travis, you guys made all the difference!
