Management is terrible and so is the communication. They were going to have me move in to a unit that already had current tenant issues and an outstanding balance of overdue rent. If I took it I would have had to take over that balance. Screw that. This place is a joke. Please look elsewhere and save your money.

I lived in Park Place for 18 months, I'll address a few things in this review to make it easier to navigate.
1. Staff/Leasing Experience, 2. Apartment Quality/Cleanliness, 3. Location, 4. Neighbors.
1. The maintainence staff was friendly, never really had an issue with them. They were fairly quick to fix any small issues we had. The front office leasing staff are nice to work with as well. However, Ms. Shawn the manager was not fun to deal with. She will send you very unprofessional emails in all caps, for small things. Walk into the office once and try to resolve something with her, you'll see

Move in and living in this area was a pleasure for me. The location is convenient and the grounds are always clean. Maintenance is always urgent about anything that needs to be done. The issue comes when it is time to move out. I've read their previous reviews on excessive charges to water when moving out so I kept track of my meter readings myself month to month and followed the move out cleaning instructions to ensure few to no charges but surprise. I was going to get have my carpets cleaned by a company of my choice but I was told they (the apartment) had a special deal through peerless and

Move on in if you like the following-
ROACHES! Yes the buildings that house these "luxury apartment homes" are crawling with roaches that love to show up in your unit. Yes they'll arrange an exterminator but who wants nasty pesticides sprayed all over your home every month. Gross.
POORLY MANAGED- The so called "property manager" is always conveniently unavailable and ducks residents at all costs.
SURPRISE WATER BILLS - Read through many of these reviews and you'll see this is commonplace. Don't be surprised when they stick you with a $350 water bill and cant explain why.
Come one come all and

I lived in Park Place for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. You are literally in walking distance from food and entertainment, residents are well mannered and the facility overall is well-kept. Warning - it can get a bit noisy on the weekends due to the Cove/Boathouse crowd. Also, read the fine print - there is a floor cleaning fee once you move out that may affect getting your full deposit back. But overall, a great experience!

When I first inquired Marissa assisted me and she was a doll. Since then Krystel has been my go to girl. She’s always pleasant and willing to assist if you have questions or concerns. I did not encounter many problems during my stay other than your typical apartment headaches that happen everywhere (parking, heavy walkers upstairs). I’ve never seen a roach as others have mentioned and my apartment is near the water and a trash can. The maintenance staff is amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Park place is a great community to live not only because of its convenient location but because

I lived there for 1 full year and here are the pro and cons of Park Place:
Pro-
Nice, Clean Fountain Park. You can play Pokemon Go there.
Relatively new building. Lots of doors for some reason.
Con-
ROACHES. A 2in roach fell on top of me while I was sleeping. In another instance, a 1.5in bug fell on my girlfriend while she was sleeping.
Hidden Fees. Apparently there is a random $125 fee for moving out. Paid it anyways because I moved to a better establishment. There is also a 10% late payment fee.
Management. They were very nice when they were showing me the apartment. Not very friendly
