Its a good enough price but the stocked lakes constantly have litter and trash in them. The garbage compactor is constantly overflowing or broken. There should honestly be an additional one added to the other side of the property. The flowers outside the office and by the road are constantly being replaced rather than being taken care of so I really feel like the money can and should be put elsewhere. Maybe to cleaning up the lakes, repairing the broken fence lines, or maybe even giving the repair guy a raise or some more help. The 2ed pool was always closed before covid even became a problem and

I’ve been a resident here at Forrest Lake now for five months and I must say that the stay thus far has been a great experience. I absolutely love the quietness and homelike feeling I get when I pull into my apartment complex daily. I also am so thankful for the girls at the rental office and the maintenance crew, for their professionalism and helpful attitudes as they do their jobs. The people are very respectful and friendly as well. I’m so glad I chose this place as my place of peace. 💜💜💜

I only spent a year here but I’m relocating for a job. I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Everything from touring the apartment, to my move in, to my move out went better than I could’ve expected. Everyone in the office treated me with respect and communicated well with me on everything. Maintenance was friendly and responsive to any issue I had whether it was my AC or hot water. Neighborhood is well kept and relatively quiet, ample parking and enough spots for visitors in my opinion. I never felt unsafe. The office is quick to handle noise complaints. I highly recommend living here, especially

I moved into Forest Lake Apartments a few months ago and it has been the best experience I've had with an apartment community. From the moment I first stepped foot onto the property until now, Natalie, Dena and Z have been professional yet personable. The process of moving and getting situated was stress free and I cannot be more thankful. The entire staff is friendly and prompt and I don't feel like just an apartment number. Thank you to everyone at Forest Lake for making this community feel welcoming and comfortable. I am truly grateful!

A amazing place to live!
I spent 3 years here and loved it. Very quite neighborhood, even on the weekend nights.
Maintenance is friendly and responsive. The Manager Natalie is incredible responsible and helpful. She does a great job building a community. Would recommend this apartment complex highly!
