The process from beginning to end was smooth sailing. Shaniece was able to answer every question that I had during the application process and after I was approved and moved in. The office staff is always available during business hours unlike other apartments. I am very happy with my decision to stay here.
**6 MONTH UPDATE**
DO NOT MOVE HERE. No one ever answers the phone. The answering service can never get anyone on the phone. I’ve been complaining about this since the month after I moved in. There is a dog weight restriction here. Neighbors dogs above me are clearly overweight. They are

If possible I would give them 10 stars! Everything from maintenance to customer service and amenities is amazing. Tammy in the office takes care of everything I need! All of facilities are amazing! I highly recommend these apartments!

I recently moved in and I am a current resident. I would suggest quiet hours between 7pm and later. There are times I hear a lot of bass music shaking my walls. I understand everyone has working hours. However, respectfulness of others would be nice.

I moved here with things wrong with my apartment 7/31/21 (not sure how it was approved with a walk through) but my stove was broken, my freezer rack was rusted and some other things were wrong with my apartment. I have attempted to reach out to maintenance and the property manager which I was told my concerns would be addressed. It is now almost October and nothing has been fixed. Not to add I have come home now twice and have seen someone has been in my home but nothing has been fixed. For a luxury apartment my stove should work properly I shouldn’t be forced to only use a portion of my stove

This is a terrible rental company. They don’t answer e-mails or phone calls. I fully expect to be nickeled and dimed when my lease is up. Avoid Belmont, you can do better. Update: I didn’t speak to your customer service team. As stated, they don’t answer the phone or respond to e-mails.

I moved in when they first opened in the first building. Loved it so clean, and they took care of grounds. I left for a couple years and came back to the 1000 building. Awful! Dirty and in 2020 they kept nothing up. I know we were in a pandemic but out in the real world people were working. The office was never open and took days for response. When I tried to tell them I was leaving that was another bad experience. The staff is not helpful in anyway. Be careful on your move out to check on your apartment.

Overall, an OK place to live. Nothing great, nothing bad.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 3 or 4 because of how they handled the construction noise 2 years ago. The issue is gone now because pile driving operations are complete. But the only reply I got to my repeated complaints with management back then was "we don't care, it's not our problem". That kind of treatment is unacceptable. The only power we as tenants have is to give bad reviews, so that is what I am doing.
(For background: while they were constructing the new Ferguson building right across the street, there were pile driving operations

The units are advertised as "Luxury" but they are riddled with mediocre appliances, noise pollution, and poor maintenance. Pay very close attention to the fine details of your lease agreement because the landlord will try their best to charge you up to double for attempting to move out. The Fergusson building construction created so much traffic and noise pollution that it heavily impacted my quality of life in my unit, the leasing office made no attempt to compensate any of the tenants for the trouble. All that being said I do not believe my money was well spent here.

Friendly Staff. Like any other place , not everything is perfect. We love more here then we don’t like. Beautiful apartment homes. Advertised as luxury. All the appliances are not luxury. Washer and dryer are the plain janes. Not even a delicate cycle or fabric softener dispenser. Very cheap. It wouldn’t be bad if they allow residents to buy… their on. They won’t. Range, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen faucet should be upgraded. Other Luxury in NN have upgraded . Other then this I love my home. I wish they understand importance of appliances.

Listen to the other reviews! I moved in a year ago due to the impressive factors listed such as location and amenities. That's where the good news stops. One of the main draws to moving into the community was the sense of security given that the parking was supposedly gated and expressed to the office staff that this was one of the main reasons I was interested in the property.. I had only been there for a month before the gate stopped working. Called maintenance and they said they would get it fixed. Gave it sometime and called the front office to see if they had any word on when the gate would

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office manager laughed in my face when I told her I would be writing a review after they came up with random charges on the final inspection. I lived here for three years and yes, it was a nice building and okay amenities, but they will find random things to charge you for at the final inspection. Buildings flood pretty… regularly because they were cheaply built. My apartment flooded 3 times and was never checked for mold. I heard of at least 5 other floods from maintenance and said they were common. They also refuse to fix the gate to the parking lot, which was broken

I LOVE living right next to City Center where I can walk to restaurants and see the fountain just outside. The staff is very friendly and respond quickly if you need maintenance. They occasionally host breakfasts and other resident appreciation events which is good fun and a great way to meet the neighbors. Thank you Belmont!
