They're unique and they know it. Definitely feels like the upper caste of the casinos (yes I say caste instead of class. Important distinction in dynamics). Their rewards program is obnoxiously difficult to maneuver. Especially since you have to go to their rewards stand to deal with it, and every time a platinum member shows up, they get to cut in front of you. I suppose the top 1% appreciate this, as in any privileged American situation. The rest of us just sit and wait, wishing we had more money and didn't have to pretend we have more than we actually do. I highly recommend a visit and take time to explore The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas! We had a delightful time during our visits, we were there during the day and also at night. Our first day out we saw a cool old school barber shop as we walked into to casino it was near the entrance. We continued to explore through the casino as it was just hands down gorgeous all throughout. There are beautiful chandeliers all over the place, just very sparkly all over, lots of glitz and glam is a great description! We had a few drinks and wandered on to explore more of Vegas. I really enjoyed stay at this hotel Dec 20-27… It was just beautiful and so relaxing. I gave it a four stars because towards the end they started being sloppy with the food Presentation. We asked for honey curved bacon $9 for 4 slices x 3 and all of the bacon was all burnt.. And when I mentioned it they told me it would be another 30 minutes.

During New Year’s Eve 2022 when all other places were letting people in without any restrictions, Cosmopolitan put up barriers and were hardly letting anyone in.
Even residents and people who parked there weren’t able to enter easily because of this artificially created crowd. There were people of all ages including children and keep in mind we are still in the pandemic.
All of this when the temperature was as low as 44F and extreme cold winds.
Cosmopolitan created a situation where human life was in threat. All for what ? A massive place like cosmopolitan wasn’t going to get overcrowded

This hotel is stunning! The property is aesthetically pleasing and clean. I got a Fountain View room and have a good view of Vegas and light show at night.
The staff here is very helpful and timely. My room was super clean and the temperature is great.
The hotel has shops and restaurants on the second floor and has a walkway that connects to a mall for high end shopping.

Eggslut is honestly an LA or Las Vegas must eat. Anytime I'm in a city where there's an Eggslut, I have to go.
I came here on Christmas Eve this past year and it was honestly pretty crowded. The line wrapped around all the way to the bathroom but the staff does a good job keeping it moving. Open kitchen makes your food visible and if you order an OJ, it's given to you immediately.
We got the Fairfax sandwiches which is perfect for vegetarians or people who don't eat red meat like me! I highly recommend it if you've never had it.

I want to thank The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for making it extra special in celebrating my daughter’s twelfth birthday, Dec 2021. Jisell from the front desk sent a hand written birthday card and chocolates to our suite shortly after our arrival. The Blue Ribbon and The Henry restaurants also made it special by bringing out a special dessert to our table. We will cherish these memories forever! We enjoyed the wraparound suite very much! Our first time at this hotel/casino and definitely not our last.

For the price we paid I expected a super clean room. Staff were not friendly. Had to change rooms three times. First room smelled so much like bleach it gave us a headache. We called the receptionist and they stated someone would get right back. After thirty minutes I called again. They stated they had a room but no one notified us. I spoke to the manager and he stated he would send someone to inspect the room. That way he could make sure everything was great. As we entered the new room the housekeeping manager there. I had such hope for eggslut but it fell victim to a display of flair with no substance.
The renovation is very nice and pretty and the branding is great for everyone who wants to post pics but the food did not deliver.

Gaucho - better, but still felt like mostly bread

I ordered the Fairfax and thought the eggs weren't seasoned enough, the mayo overpowered the under seasoned eggs, and the brioche bun tasted store bought and dry. It would've been nice if they slightly toasted it with butter. Lastly the cheese wasn't melted the way they showed it in the cosmo tv commercial. It was just there. Half melted. Disappointing.
I added some salt n pepper to the eggs but the bread was killing it for me. Why put so much effort into great eggs if you're going to put them on dry packaged bread

Amazing food!! Oh so yummy. I'm sure it is a tad bit overpriced but well worth it. Definitely recommend making reservations at least 2-3 weeks ahead, especially if it's just you & the boo as they have limited seating for 2 peeparoos. Came here with one of our favorite friends from East Coast. Soon as you enter, you feel like your entering into exotic jungle like cave. Had nice energetic vibe music to fit with ambiance.
