This place is a joke if u love drama it's the perfect place for u the neighbors are rude especially in building 1901 they do NOTHING! about complaints I would rather be back in tent the EVER! live here again Allison at the office does nothing to handle complaints don't live here you'll regret it I do.

AVOID AT ALL COST LOOK AT DIFFERENT PLACES IN GR MAKE THIS YOUR LAST RESORT TO LIVE AT
There yard looks like a dump, maintenance workers don't know how to fix things properly, the office worker fills out residents checks or money orders, that they take those right there, the furnace filters are never changed every 90 days, I ended up just buying my own online, my neighbors are always loud, having there kids cry at the top of there lungs all day there baby crys all day and all night, the prop the security door open, smoke and drink out side, 18 people in a 2 bed room is okay with the office staff

Im still a Resident until January when my lease is up. I been living here since 2012, and it's been nothing but problems, several shootings, fights, and robberies.
They Maintenance is awful all but two of them. They enter with bad attitudes like they hate thier jobs done times knocking only once.
In my lease it say 24 hour maintenance included, but forgot to say they charge for everything. Nothing since I been has been Cambridge fault last year I paid 1,000 in Maintaining my Apartment. I was charged $50 because my blind'ss would not open up.
My Refrigerator has been out six times the only thing
