I have lived here for almost a year, and I'm very satisfied. I really enjoy living here! I also wanted to say if there is any problem, it's solved right away such as your average maintance. I love the fact that its animal friendly, gated and close to downtown, 5 stars all around for college hill apartments!

I have lived here just shy of two months but I have enjoyed it thoroughly. Management is wonderful and so quick at emailing back. Jason and Taylor are so friendly and personable. Maintenance is quick and Bob and Kyle are great! I live in a 2 bedroom and the apartment feels bigger than 784sq ft. Very nice natural lighting. My only downside is that because the building is older, the heat is through electric. This can cause the electricity bill to be pretty high but overall I've enjoyed living here a lot! Internet is included and you're able to upgrade to a faster speed for a really great price if

I have been living here for 5 years and the new management is the reason for the good rating. Previous management drug their feet on everything but new management is quick to respond, straight forward, and seems like they actually care about the place.
The location is perfect for those wanting to be close to downtown. The apartments are spacious for the location with simple updates. Pet friendly! On-site gym equipment. Washers and dryers are available on each floor. Gated parking with covered spots available for additional rent.
Overall, we’ve had a good experiencing living here and would recommend

College Hill Apartments are cozy, quiet, and clean. I feel safe living here, the gated parking and key fob entry help in this. There’s laundry on every floor, the gym is small but adequate. You can have pets if you choose. It’s pretty quiet overall, neighbors and management are friendly and care about our well-being. I’ve lived here for 5 months, and so far so good!

College Hill Apartments provide a no-frills, relatively cheap living space ($1000/mo for 2BR/1BA in 2018) of modest quality with secured off-street parking and decent walkability to downtown Grand Rapids (20-30 minutes) and midtown Grand Rapids/Heritage Hill (10 minutes). The building is directly adjacent to Highland Park, which features a splashpad, playground, ball field, and disc golf course, and has stops outside of and across from the building on College Ave for the The Rapid bus line #15 (15-60 minute headways, depending on day and time), with service to locations such as Meijer (E Beltline
