Our Mission is to inspire kids with a lifelong love of fitness while also progressing and building young athletes of character. We believe in active play with the purpose of progressing functional movements. We teach the foundations of exercise. We build on those skills throughout our program. We make them better athletes.
PULSE Ninja Warrior birthday parties are completely coach-led, making it as easy as possible for you to relax as your child and their friends have the best party of their lives! This includes obstacle courses, fitness games, relay races, and birthday favorite team challenges!. All birthday parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date and time of the party.
We are currently at Walden, Kipling, Sherwood and more for Pulse's Ninja Warrior Training. It's a bootcamp style class that challenges children, grades 1-5, with equipment such as medicine balls, resistance bands, agility ladders, ropes, Bosu balls and more. Our motivating and passionate coaches create empowering and exciting fitness classes that will quickly become your child's favorite hour of the week.
Hands down best trainers in the Chicagoland area! I travel from the city to train with Patrick, who always gives me the best and most effective workouts. He not only works on strength training with me but works on problem areas of my body where I'm tight or feel pain with specified stretching techniques.

It is truly not an exaggeration to say that becoming a member of Pulse Boxing and Fitness changed my life. After moving to Highland Park a couple of years ago, I was in search of a gym, but at Pulse, I found so much more than a gym, I found a community. When I first joined, I was intimidated because everyone seemed really fit, and I was worried I would not be able to keep up. However, the coaches provided me with personalized attention to ensure I could participate fully. Now, two years later, the coaches continue to help keep me committed to my fitness journey. Pulse has been an amazing opportunity to get back into fun and challenging fitness classes. Stocked with everything from cross-fit type bootcamp workouts to boxing to rowing to weight lifting, coaches regularly provide correction and modification during the 60 minute class format. Outdoor classes have been available since they reopened as well, ensuring even the most safety conscious have a chance to get their workout on. Thanks to Coaches Ashley, Pat, JLo, Tori, Janzten and Justin for being AWESOME!

I've been going to gyms for fifteen years and in two months Pulse Fitness has changed the way I approach health and fitness. The coaches are detail oriented and care about each person that walks through the door like we're family. Pulse is not just a gym, it's a community of people supporting each other to become healthier, stronger, and more functional. I wish I had discovered this place sooner!

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now and it’s a great workout every time! The Pulse family is very welcoming and knows how to put in work. I used to do personal training and I swear I get even better results in a group environment here. The owners Jennifer and Pat are absolutely shredded and without a doubt experts in the boxing & fitness industry! If you want to workout then go to your commercial gym, if you want results come to Pulse!

The classes at Pulse are the most exciting and fun of any type of workout that I've ever done. My goals are to maintain a high level of fitness, not get injured and have a lot of fun working out. The team at Pulse always accomplish those goals. Unlike many other workouts I've done, I never get bored at Pulse, and I never watch the clock to see if I'm almost done. This gym is amazing. The variety and scope of each class they offer is coached with the upmost knowledge and expertise of fitness & technique. Classes are challenging & intense, but also so much fun.
