The fire alarm went off at midnight & we had to evacuate the building standing in the rain & cold. After the fire trucks left, the ear piercing alarms were still going off but building mgt. could not turn off the alarms for over an hour until some good samaritan broke the glass to the alarm and reset it. There was a drug party during the day on the floor below us with very loud music and weed was pouring in the vents to our apartment. Outside our building, everyone was stoned!! Once again, building mgt was no help. Many tenants called the police to finally fix the situation. Paper thin walls!!

Stayed at the Conrad for three days - This was my first non-hotel experience. The location is convenient and the actual suites are nice and the customer service was responsive so it seemed like good value. However, the entire stay I felt very itchy - I did a visual check for bed bugs and couldn't see any. At first I felt like I was imagining things but my roommate indicated the same. The itching only subsisted after we checked out.
Perhaps Management should either spray the rooms or do a better job of washing and changing the bed sheets more regularly. Also, my suite smelled like pot smoke the
