I’ve never written a review before but I see other reviews had similar issues that I had so I decided I should.
I was the first, or so I thought, person to reply to the listing through their system I signed up for that was supposed to notify me when a listing became available. I thought the agent was doing an amazing job that day replying and setting up a tour with me. We set up a tour for when he was to return from a trip.
I had to find out for myself about two days before the tour that the listing had sold the first weekend it was available. If I had not reached out to the “agent” who

Seriously... they take other listing agents' listings and false advertise it as their own. Like come on... Don't lie to me if it's not really yours and I would appreciate it since the beginning, and not like requested to show 5 places but never a successful showing or cancelled because those are NOT really their properties... Let's stay true...

Critical: Professionalism
Samantha Berdinka was unprofessional on all levels. She misrepresented a new construction project just to get me to put an offer in so she could make a commission. She is not looking out for your best interest and not genuine. She made this process as a first time homebuyer terrible.
