Hub50House provides a stellar residential experience. The quality of the apartments, the responsiveness and professionalism of the team, the exceptional residential experience efforts (such as wine nights, etc.), and the world-class amenities render a premium residential experience that has positively impacted my overall quality of life. The maintenance team is incredibly speedy, helpful and efficient (when I've submitted a request, I've had support within 24 hours - at times, within 2 hours!). I would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend living at Hub50House to a friend or family member

We originally moved into Hub50house April 2019 and we planned to stay for a year. We loved it so much we then extended for another 6 months and then resigned for another year after that. Before moving here my wife and I lived outside of the city and would commute a combined 80hrs a month! Although the cost to live here may appear high, the time we got back, the location, convenience, quality and service as well as the community make it well worth the cost. I’d recommend this building to anyone looking to move into the city.

This is the most beautiful place in Boston you could proudly call home! The property management, concierge and technician teams are working hard every day to keep the place neat and nice. I submitted a small maintenance requests via the property management apps and the jobs are completed within a very short timeframe. The teams are so friendly, responsive, professional and always open to residents’ feedback. If you move from overseas to Boston, you won’t regret to choose Hub50House.

Guys! I had no idea how good we had it at Hub 50 House until we relocated to Los Angeles and are now in an apartment managed by a different management company. We lived at Hub 50 for a year and were simply spoiled rotten. From Steve and his team at the concierge desk, to Kayla in management, every single human we encountered was fantastic! There was no end to the ongoing cleaning of common spaces, fun activities and treats, and just an overall great vibe. There are things you may not even know to appreciate until you move out (and, here's a pro-tip: DON'T!), such as that the garbage

I am so happy with my decision to sign a new lease at Hub50House. Yes, the facility and location are amazing but what continues to set this place apart is their people team that make it all happen. Living here has been a good experience so far. The only issue is that my apartments window is facing the TD Garden rooftop. The white roof reflects a lot of sunlight. It is super bright. Being expose to high-intensity light everyday damages my eyes. I have the curtain closed and the lights turned on since 9am. In winter, the days are shorter but the white snow makes it worse. So it's best if you pick an apartment that is not facing TD garden rooftop side.

This place CANNOT be called a pet friendly community. I've come here to visit my friend with my ESA dog and have been discriminated upon by not being allowed to bring my dog. Have you ever seen an apartment complex that calls itself a pet friendly building that does not allow furry friends, especially when they are ESA animals? I talked to Kristyanna Power in the management office who was incompetent on this matter and kept saying this is the first time she is having such an issue and refused to escalate this issue to her manager saying that she is on vacation. What a great July 4th celebration

Beautiful community and an excellent team. We have had an apartment at HUB50House since early 2020 and have had a great experience. The front desk and management office staff are very kind and helpful. The neighborhood is changing daily and offers a grocery store and great restaurants. Looking forward to the spring and summer as the world settles back down. Highly recommend!

We moved in right when it opened in Oct 2019. When I first moved in I absolutely loved the building's potential and have kept trying to remain optimistic, but I have been continuously disappointed in my residency experience.
In regards to the area:
I've lived in Boston for more than 10 years, but don't think I've ever felt as unsafe in an area as this one (and I've lived off of Mass Ave in the South End...)
