I just want to send a thank you and shout out to all of the techs and doctors at Crossroads today for the loving care you offer all of the fur babies that come in. We hope you get a chance to find rest and be loved today, Christmas, and over the holidays. You are the best emergency vet around, open on Christmas, and the ONLY one we will entrust with our fur family’s care. Thank you!

I was there a couple days ago due to my regular vet being closed. Spent $520.00 for them to not give me any type of diagnosis. My dog is still exactly the same and now I have to take him somewhere else and pay again to have tests done. They also switched vets in the middle of the visit and the second one told me one recommended one thing and the other recommended something else. Very unprofessional and I wish I never went there. Would not recommend.

I would give 0 stars if could because these people are horrible!! They have a nice looking office/building but not much else. I brought my pet here just to get his yearly shots done. After waiting almost 3 hours, we were told it was going to possibly be another hour. Even though they were taking in pets that arrived after me. Won't be coming here anymore. Giant waste of time.

After a waiting at another Emergency center for over 3 hours and still had not been seen, we had come here. Staff immediately saw the emergency and handled as quickly as they could.. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision and say goodbye to our loving senior Retriever. Staff and Dr treated us with the utmost dignity, was extremely kind, compassionate and caring. I highly recommend.

I regularly go to Hobart Animal Clinic, but ended up at Crossroads to see a specific doc that day. Dr. Baisden was incredible. He was so patient with my questions and really took the time to explain things. I am incredibly grateful that he made time for my boy. I have so much faith in him. I have to say both vet techs that took care of us when we dropped Winston off and picked him up were also amazing. Honestly the two best techs I have ever come across. Both were kind, professional, and compassionate. You have some real gems on your hands, Crossroads.

During our visit, there seemed to be a disconnect of communication between the vet tech and the vet. Individually, both were caring with my dog. Upon intake, it was disclosed about which body part needed to be looked at and treated. The tech was great in treating my dog (fun, vibrant) and helping to make him a little more at ease during the wait for the vet. Once the vet came in to inspect him, she was a little confused as to what she was to be looking for. Again, it was disclosed to her which part was cause for concern. Over the course of 5-1/2 hours (one other room occupied prior to our arrival

In the middle of the night I got home from work and had to take my little darling to the hospital. She was yelling and somewhat aggressive. She didn’t want to eat or drink, socialize or anything. She was miserable and limping. I took her at almost midnight. She has always went to Hobart animal hospital and they are a part of them. So it was an easy parallel transfer.
I was afraid because I had never been there, but relieved because they had all her records.
We got there they did x rays and sedated her. Told me all the risks included, but also informed me of every cost.
