If I could put a negative number, I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had from a HOA. We are having water drainage issues in the back of our property where when it rains, it floods our patio because the water has no where to go, we need a french drain, we asked if they would come look at it and fix it and when we actually got a response, weeks later, we got told that Bruce was not interested in fixing it.

We were forced to pay thousands of dollars for a pool/clubhouse that was promised YEARS ago. We moved in 2017 and were told by 2018 our kids would have a pool to swim in. Here we are still staring at an atrocity welcoming you to our neighborhood with no end in site. They constantly have excuses. Somehow the new building company has basically built the rest of the neighborhood in a few months 🤦♀️

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I moved here one year ago. I had many problems. The builder is unresponsive and inconsiderate. The clubhouse/pool are still not complete. We were lied to about several things including street parking. The grounds are not kept well. In addition there is is serious speeding issue that keeps being put off.

Probably the worst management group ever. Lifestyle and the Community Manager are extremely dishonest! They will make every excuse possible to avoid taking responsibility. The landscaping is shoddy and barely acceptable (unless you like the jungle). It is next to impossible to get them to make exterior repairs. The Community Manager is really a front person who is a master at spinning tails and stories to deflect their contractual obligations. People have paid thousands for a pool and community house, Lifestyle refuses to build it, blowing smoke up everyone a$$ about how they can't get a permit

Lifestyle Property Management is responsible for HOA management of The Village at Bradley Branch. They are NOT being responsive regarding the construction of the clubhouse. It has been years since the project started and as of today, yet to be completed. I only hear excuses that they gave to someone else, and on top of that, I never received a call back or a email feedback from my inquiries.
Additionally, the land where the clubhouse is going to be built is not being taken care. The least to say is, they are not managing that side of the community - it is totally "forgotten".

I have lived in this neighborhood longer than most and the level of professionalism of Lifestyle properties is subpar! Bruce was our former contractor and current HOA representative, and it seems to me that he has his hand in so many places, so many projects that he starts, he is reluctant to finish! For instance some of the remaining townhomes that need to be finished. The lots have been vacant for years and no word on when they might be completed. The new builder D R Horton has framed over 20 homes in 3 or so months, maybe we should hire them to complete any of Bruce’s remaining projects! Speaking

Extremely poor management and zero follow through with promises. This company put liens and properties (if not paid by their deadline) for the extra HOA fees for to go toward pool/clubhouse that was supposed to be finished years ago. Everyone is still waiting for the promise. Of course, lots of excuses as to why it cannot be completed. We were elated when we saw the shell for the clubhouse go up..and then nothing. All building stopped. Then, they broke ground for pool..again...all progress stopped. Now, it is a terrible, overgrown mess. And trash all over. Makes me wonder why people keep paying

I moved in almost 4 years ago. We have had drainage issues at the back of our property ever since. Every time I make a complaint, they (Bruce and Keri) come and take a look at it but that is as far as it goes. Things have gone from bad to worse since they constructed the man made bank at the back of our property. Now we get all of the water and mud from that. Every time it rains, mud washes onto our newly constructed patio and has come within inches of coming into our home. We can't even enjoy our patio because of this after investing thousands to build it. The back of our property is an eyesore
