Natalie is an excellent property manager. She always responds quickly to requests or concerns, she communicates issues with the building in a timely way, and is generally pleasant and easy to work with. She also runs a great building that has few problems even though it was built in the early 20th century. And when there are problems, contractors come quickly, are easy to work with, and do a great job. Every building would benefit from her management.

We could not be happier with DMG/Property Management. Natalie and Jody are fantastic. They were always quick to respond to any question or concern that we had, and went out of their way to ensure our home was taken care of while it was leased. They even coordinated the refinishing of the floors and interior painting prior to our return! Now that's service! We highly recommend DMG.

3+ year resident and I have never had better landlords! Natalie has been wonderful to work with! All maintenance has been taken care of in a timely manner, they are always responsive, and the building has been kept in an impeccable condition! A+ property management from the tenants perspective! It has been truly amazing to work with Natalie from DMG. Being a small business owner, one has to deal with all the issues that show up each day. Natalie is able to resolve most issues immediately, but what I appreciate the most is her constant calm and great sense of humor. Also, the technology that DMG uses makes paying rent or logging any maintenance issues a snap.

For over a decade, Natalie Dierkes and her family’s business have ably served as our firm's property manager. She is easy to work with, responsive to our interests, and a reliable contact for any issues. For example, when our A/C unit unexpectedly stopped working, she immediately had three personnel onsite to correct the issue, installing a new unit. In short, Natalie is professional, experienced, and a joy to work with.
