We're locally owned and operated here at Property Management of Asheville, so we know the area and can provide you with friendly help and a quality experience. Our owners, Sandra Sparrow and Bly Connor-Lloyd, have managed properties with 31 years combined experience. They are both licensed Real Estate Brokers, and happy to work with you in order to meet your property management needs.
We provide a number of great services to our owners, because we want to keep them happy and coming back to us again and again. One of those services is the advertising of rental properties. You need renters in your property in order to get the income you're looking for, and we'll advertise it properly to help ensure a high occupancy rate.

We rented a small property between selling our home and buying and renovating a new one, all the the Asheville metro area. Bly and her husband T.J. were great property managers and very responsive in making minor repairs when they occurred and providing routine maintenance. We needed to break the lease for the last month of a year-long lease, and Bly quickly found a replacement tenant. They made our exit easy and fully refunded our deposit. So we highly recommend them.

We used PMOA for both management of a rental property and selling of the house. Bly and her team were professional, very prompt on handling concerns from the tenants or ourselves and were always great to work with. Even moving across the country we never had to worry about the rental property in Asheville. It was definitely a huge load off of our shoulders. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience.

I rented my first apartment from Bly and her team and lived there for seven years. As a first time renter I was very inexperienced. Everyone I talked to was very helpful, communicative, and truthful. I especially got along with their maintenance manager Tim, always a joy to see and talk to. Housing in Asheville can be very tricky, I highly recommend working with this company if you have the opportunity.

We rented from PMA for 3 years, and they were awesome landlords - responding very quickly to any problems. Several years later after we purchased a house and rented it out, we used their management services as well. They took great care of our property (we now live out of state), and handled an emergency pipe break situation like champs, and made sure our tenant was taken care of during it all. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

This is a great locally owned company, very responsive to maintenance issues, and positive to work with. (Note: Another company has a very similar name, so be sure you have Property Management of Asheville.) I have two rental houses, and they've found wonderful responsible tenants. I'm very grateful for their professionalism, as they care about both the home owner and the tenants.
