What started as an affordable place to live turned into a mold infested dump. I lived in apartments for over a year, no issues. Then I discovered mold. Bayshore sent over a cleaner to clean it up. When it returned a few days later, I ordered and paid for a mold test kit, which was positive. Management did nothing. Everything was documented in detail. Management was unwilling to investigate, or treat, or remove the mold. RUN! Stay away from this company!!!!

I searched for an apartment in Asheville in 2019 and met with Wanda who showed me a property. I paid an application fee and maybe another fee and, unfortunately, chose another place (big mistake). Wanda was always professional and polite throughout the entire process. I told her no need to return the application fee as I would be traveling for a while. Now in Colorado, I received a call TODAY from Wanda wanting to send me the application fee back - I rarely find that sort of honesty and integrity today. If (and when) I move back to Asheville she will be my first call. There will never be a 'perfect

We rented from The Bayshore Company for over two years. They were very quick to respond to the few issues we had. Great communication and very professional!

I've been renting through Bayshore going on three years and they're excellent. They're quick to fix any issues that pop up (plumbing problems, appliance malfunctions, etc.) and have never been the least bit impatient or unfair with me. On the contrary they've been very understanding and helpful, and my rent has always been reasonable. I highly suggest checking them out!

After almost five years renting through The Bayshore Company, I have nothing but praise and sincere thanks for being the very best.

Wanda is the best, super nice and helpful and helped work around my strange schedule to make sure I got the most help possible to see the home I was interested in. Very honest with a first time house renter and very kind personality wise. Great experience!

Wanda, Penny, and the rest of the Bayshore team were always pleasant to work with - they were quick and responsive with emails & maintenance requests and always sweet and nice to talk to. The place I rented was a simple, modest apartment, but it was an incredibly good price for the location and level of service you receive from their management. Would happily rent from them again.

I have been in a rental property for the past 18 months managed by Bayshore Properties.
I have been very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Any problems that have come up, they promptly addressed them. Everyone I have come in contact with in the leasing dept and repair dept were friendly and helpful. The security deposit and gas refund was promptly returned to me.
