Me and my girlfriend rented our first place together through comprehensive. They made the Application process so easy. Always responded or answered quickly when we needed anything. Thank you guys!!!!

We had Phyllis handle our two homes in Asheville, one for 7 years and the other for 12 years while we were out of state. She did a wonderful job and were very pleased with her proficiency.

Honestly the rudest two ladies I’ve ever delt with while looking for a home. The first time I tried with them they didn’t answer any questions I had nor actually seem like they wanted to be doing there job, the second time I tried I called multiple times and never got a call back and when she did answer I was told she didn’t have time to talk with me and she didn’t even mean to answer my call while I’m trying to ask her questions on multiple properties she constantly talked over me not letting me speak. I rented from Phyllis a few years ago for a couple years. Although I had wished the actual landlord was better about repairs (he did things “his way,” and that’s his choice given it’s his property, so what else could I do), overall I really appreciated the relationship I had with Phyllis. She was flexible, understanding, and nice. I would consider renting with her in the future.

My family and I are looking to move to Asheville from Greenville, NC as soon as possible cause of my job transfer request acceptance. We see homes from this property management and then when we call, no one ever answers! Then your prices of properties are lies from what I've seen. One other sites it's one price, then you guys send my wife a message with different prices of $100 or more than what we have seen on sites! How are you guys in business when you can't answer calls and no updated prices. Y'all are misleading people and that's not right!

I am a former resident of a place CPM managed in which in resided for around 5 years. Communication is great always returned my call and if I ever needed something fixed or replaced it was always fixed that day or the very next day depending on the situation and nature of the request. I definitely would rent again from this company I feel that they have both parties interest at heart.

Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Lies about things that are on your credit report and when you try to dispute it, they say “there’s no disputing it”. Lies about property condition. I don’t know how this place is even in business. I am not dissatisfied with the final decision of the application. I’m dissatisfied with the lack of communication and lies told throughout the entire process.

I worked with CPM's Riverview apartment and my dealings with CPM have been very positive with no complaints. Phyllis has been easy to work with with and always cooperative.
