You might as well ignore their business hours because they never answer. I had tried to get in touch with them for several reasons. Different days and times. One time my apartment flooded, another time I needed a guest parking pass, another time I needed a drawer fixed and submitted a work request and no one had gotten back to me in days. I have no positives in regard to this leasing company. I understand things happen and people are busy, but I have tried multiple times to contact them during business hours and they are unresponsive. Craig is nasty and a liar! I had to call them to get them to pay our hoa common area taxes. Informed them of notice of levy and received nasty response of I pay the bills when I get them. Magically the tax bills were paid once I got off the phone with them. Beware stay away from this company unprofessional and nasty. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these people. Just throw away your money like it’s nothing. That’s a nice concept to go by not your money nor do they care. It will be expensive in long run if you hire them. You get what you pay for. Ridiculous the amount my hoa pays

Landlords be aware. This property management company is the worst company to deal with in the Myrtle Beach area. They do not return phone calls. They have no one available on weekends and no way to get in contact with the rental manager directly. Also, when inquiring about pets at properties you will be told that a call will be made and they will get back to you. However, please still drive to our office to preview the unit the following day and we will call you if pets are not allowed. No call was made and show up the next day just to be told you wasted your time.
