Omni hired a landscaping company to manage our townhome complex and that company backed into my unit, breaking two-three structural support posts in the wall of my garage. I didn’t see it until I came home after work at night, and called my insurance in a panic because no note or notice had been left. I thought it had been a hit and run. My insurance read the HOA agreement and explained that I needed to contact the HOA because they were responsible for the exterior of my home. Jeri Mains ran our annual HOA meeting and did an outstanding job on all accounts. She was prepared, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, empathetic, competent, and everything you would hope for in a property management representative. Our meeting was difficult because of changes to the CCR's and an increase of dues that were not popular but in the discussion she led, she was able to convince many of the need of the changes through her detailed explanation of the process of arriving at the decisions. I highly recommend Jeri and OMNI for property management, not just because OMNI is so much better

I am a board member of our neighborhood HOA and we switched to Omni because of our previous management company's failures. Omni hit the ground running and hasn't stopped! Our community manager, Jeri, has been able to reduce the cost of several contracts already. She has resolved minor issues with residents as well as some major incidents that had to be dealt with immediately. I am more than pleased with the service from Omni and would not hesitate to recommend them to any HOA!

Highly unresponsive and rude company. I have been working to get an insect issue resolved for 3 weeks regarding an infestation in the exterior of our building. This is not only a health and safety concern, but also important to the structural integrity of our building.

We maintain exterior of our home by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Yes, sometimes weeds do come up (that’s mother nature for ya) but we are busy and don’t have a personal landscaper.
So now we get a notice from Omni that landscaping beds have weeds in them and they need to be removed. If not, this matter could be taken to court. A law suit over VERY FEW WEEDS? And I mean I can count them on ONE HAND.
HOA fees are also expensive for the area and they claim part of the budget goes in landscaping but yet they REMOVED trees, plants, and flowers from the dividers in the road which gave actually

Critical: Professionalism
While Omni has made great strides in improving some areas of our neighborhood, they are careless with documentation and lose paperwork from the previous company when it suits them. When said documentation is shown to exist by the homeowner they still continue to harass the homeowner and threaten law suits.

Omni Management Services has been the property management company for our community, Legacy Farms, since November of 2019. Our property manager, Jeri Mains, is professional, reliable, efficient, responsive, and easy to work with. It's been a great experience! I have been pleased with Omni Management Services regarding our HOA. They have been easy to deal with and very responsive when we have questions/issues. I’ve seen negative reviews of this company for things like people being late on HOA dues/non-payments and legal action being taken. That is the homeowners responsibility, not OMNI’s fault. Keep that in mind when you leave a review. Our representative, Jeri Mains, has been courteous, friendly, and always quick to respond when needed. Keep up the good work OMNI and thank you.

Our HOA group broke away from previous company and with Jeri in Omni for Indianapolis our neighborhood is back on track for finances by following collections properly and flexibility for home owners..
Now snow removal, summer maintenance and Omni providing great support for our HOA Board members, we will continue to see a better Neighborhood even durring the COVID event.

Horrible !!! I have been fighting with them for a year over HOA fees that they keep posting to the wrong accounts and then adding late fees !!!! I have talked to the account manager and the rep but they will never follow thru with what they say they will do. I HATE having to hire an attorney to fix their

Now Crestwood management just as bad as OMNI! The entranceway into our complex is a mess! they haven't replenished the mulch it's ashy gray! it was black! But they always hunt for money!
