Beachwalk Place Townhomes are located off of 13th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach. Just minutes from the beach this community offers a beautiful swimming pool and lovely 3 bedroom townhomes. Gulf Stream Cottages are located off of Yaupon Avenue between 19th Avenue South and 20th Avenue South. Just blocks from the beach, this community boasts 51 homes.

I am a co-owner of a property at Beachwalk Place and another property in Myrtle Beach. Semper Fi has managed this property for 12 years. They have been highly professional and dependable. The other unit I own elsewhere has used 4 different management companies and they have all been horrible. The other agencies don’t come to the property and they don’t answer emails. Semper Fi is the best in Myrtle Beach!

Rented from this company about 8 years ago....during a divorce we both left the apartment and left the bill to the other spouse if you well.....8 years later with my life on track I was building a house and this showed up on my credit....I reached out to Billy and explained him the situation....total due was 3200 he was fair and spilt the cost leaving me with 1600....with an agreement in place I paid the 1600 and he held his word and within the month it was cleared of my credit ....he stood by his word and made it possible to build my dream home

If I could provide a lower rating for this experience I would! For starters, Melissa was incredibly unprofessional during our walkthrough of 635 Crystal Lane as she did not take the time to adequately provide information for the home and when my questions were answered, they were done so poorly and with attitude! Also, I was told to provide my card number over the phone to cover the application fees which I thought was incredibly sketchy and unprofessional! To top it all off, Melissa and her staff never returned any of our calls, emails, or texts, and promptly took the listing off the market which

While countless attempts were made to reach out to the folks running this mngmnt. co. to resolve a basic accounting/billing issue, the brief few times I did receive a reply the tone was rude, aggressive and unprofessional. While there were other factors, not having to continue dealing with Semper Fi and listening to similar complaints from many neighbors was a leading contributor to my decision to list and sell my home in Bristol Pines. What is funny is that the owner of the company (Billy) even had the audacity to solicit his services to represent me in selling the house... totally tone deaf.

Been renting a condo in Little River SC from them for a year and have no complaints. Anytime I've had an issue, such as the air conditioning, they were always fast to get the problem fixed. They will also work with you with late payments as long as you let them know what's going on. Very pleased with my experience.

I signed up with Semper Fi a few months ago and am very happy with their services. I am a remote landlord so I need to have complete trust in my management company and I can say my trust is well placed. During a recent tenant turnover they handled both sides very well with no lost time between tenants. Dana is awesome and Billy is a straight shooter. I recommend them without reservation.
