We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real-time while providing tenants of these properties real-time access to maintenance requests and billing.

Myrtle Beach Rental Pros L.L.C is committed to equal housing and we fully comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act (FFHA) and with all state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate against persons because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Security Deposit: Security Deposits are typically equal to one month's rent.
We charge a fee of one month's rent for a 12-month lease with a minimum fee of $800. We charge a fee of one and a half month's rent for a 24-month lease and a fee of two months' rent for a 36-month lease. Provide an attorney drafted custom lease agreement that can be signed electronically by the owner and tenants.

We just rented a fabulous condo over the Labor Day weekend with Myrtle Beach Rental Pros . The entire process working with them from booking to making sure our stay was memorable was first class. The property was stunning, clean, and the location was perfect! Jenny and Lisa Lynn are pros, really know the area and how to treat their guests. We are usually very picky but they exceeded our expatiation's. We highly recommend using them if you are considering a trip to Myrtle. Thanks again Team we will be back!!!

Aaron is worth his weight in gold. I own several rental properties around the Myrtle Beach area, and they are the best property mangement group I work with.
