Leasing fees are based on the amount that the property is rented for and are paid from the first full month's rent! Monthly fees include direct deposit or paper check payments, full statement of accounting each month, end of year statement for tax filing, 24 hour emergency maintenance line, and access to your property information anytime from your online owner portal!

I scheduled a viewing about 2 weeks ahead of time and took off work just for no one to show up and open the doors, after I responded to several confirmation text and emails asking if I was still going to come to the viewing. Come to find out the house wasn’t even available it was a complete waste of my time and money due to no communication.

I worked with Michael Rudden from BeachOne to acquire an apartment rental. Michael was extremely responsive and really friendly, which made this process stress free and easy. I loved how painless the apartment process was with Michael and BeachOne. Me and my family have just moved into a apartment owned by Beach One Realty & Rentals. We had very poor hot water pressure. Beach one sent out a maintenance he was very nice and honest.if they can’t fix it they will get someone else out. This tells Beach one truly care about their tenants and their needs. Definitely looking forward to being a tenant.

I lived at 403 37th Avenue South for one year in a one room studio apartment. The location is what made me want to live there since it’s so close to the beach. I would not recommend living or vacationing at this location. On two separate occasions the sewer backed up through the shower drain. There was thick sewage all over my apartment. It was horrifying and disgusting. On both occasions Beach One Rentals did not offer to help clean up the mess. Parking at this location is ridiculous. Expect to have dings and dents on your vehicle since parking is so tight and there are not enough spaces. I

Stayed at a location in Little River for a year. Overall the stay was ok but like stated below DON’T expect to get your full deposit back and you won’t receive what deposit you actually do get back until EXACTLY 30 days after you move out. This “company” charged us $175 for replacing an air filter, bulbs, and blinds. We replaced the blinds ourselves when we moved in the house because half of them weren’t even the correct size for the windows and their raggedy, poor fitting blinds were still on the property when we left! We never got rid of them because they didn’t belong to us. Also

I had a great experience working with Beach one rentals. Katie and Brandy are excellent! I moved to myrtle beach from another state and Katie has helped me every step of the way! From beginning to the end of the process. Any time I have any issue it is handled. Any questions I had (and there were many lol) Katie had no problem answering them for me. Brandy is very nice and professional whenever I need to call the office. THANK YOU Beach one rentals Brandy and Katie for making my transition easy for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 STARS!!
