Newby Management began serving the manufactured housing industry in 1975. Founded by Martin Newby, the company was established with a commitment to excellence and family values. The company began serving as a brokerage, syndication specialist, and management company for land leased manufactured home and RV communities.
The Newby Management Group has provided us with many services in addition to managing our Trailer Park. By working together we determined that the best way to maximize our investment would be to divide up the property. First we did a Ground Lease with a gas station for the corner lot and than we sold off the remaining property as an ongoing Trailer Park.

Management there is so bad I've worked for the park for 21 years and never have seen the park ran and look so bad as it does guy running the lawn crew service absolutely knows nothing since this company taking over they have let everyone go and brought in new residents have even having concerns brought to me with being there so long as an employee

We have had an illegally parked camper with truck parked on another resident's property for a week now. It is a snowbird. Sneaks around and ignores the rules. I have tried and tried for a week to get the camper truck TAGGED. Calling every day with information but I am ignored here at Lazy Days Village
