I love what I do and cooking is my passion. My expertise and training comes from L' Ecole Hoteliere de Paris, with a Master's degree in Finance.

Our chefs come with impeccable charm even in their apparel: a chef's white hat and jacket. Paella With a Satisfying Portion Of Fresh Chicken, Spanish sausage (Chorizo) or Spanish Ham. Cover the pot and steam the mussels in the sauce until they have opened and are cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with garlic bread or over your favorite pasta. When you remove it from the oven, the crust will have puffed up and be light golden brown.
