The menu + meal planning (breakfast, lunch, snacks + dinner) includes adapting to todays cuisine and taste, to which I am able to prepare global cuisines such as French, Italian, Latin, Indian, Middle Eastern, Southern, Caribbean, Kosher, Spa, baking, along with desserts + salads. I also adhere to special dietary needs such as food allergies, gluten free, diabetic, lactose free, vegetarian, gout, nut allergies, low to no salt meals and others.

Met Gail for the first time today at a mutual client's estate. My takeaway: she's highly intelligent, organized, and based on what I saw/smelled (I worked as both personal and private chef for years before becoming a horticulturist), I got the distinct feeling that she knows how to work with flavors and textures to craft exactly the right morsel to blow a client's mind.
Long story short: I haven't even tasted something she made, and I have zero qualms about recommending her. Sometimes, you can just sense that someone has a bombastic A-Game, and that's the case here.

Just had gbCatering provide the appetizers at an event my organization recently hosted. The platters were so tasty that as I write this my mouth is currently watering thinking about them. The service was great and served with a smile (always important to me). Gail was willing to work our picky pallets and was eager to make our event a memorable experience.

GB Catering is a wonderful company. A very large amount of time and planning goes into every event that is put on I have seen the preparation first hand and can say that you will not be disappointed if you choose this caterer. I personally get homemade granola every other weekend from her and it is always prompt and so delicious!
I love GB Catering and look forward to using her for many parties in the future.
